Treasure Cove Beach House, completed December 2022, is located on a beautiful private beach with access to 2 other nearby sandy beaches to enjoy sun, sand, surf, and snorkeling. This spacious, comfortable home with 2 large cabanas sleeps up to 16 persons (assuming adults & children) and offers a private pool and spa/hot tub, kayaks, fully equipped kitchen, outdoor grill, spacious furnished patio, and fun and relaxation. Just a short drive from the Exuma International Airport (GGT), Emerald Bay Marina, local restaurants and shopping.

Wedding in Paradise
Treasure Cove was the perfect setting for our Son and new Daughter in law’s wedding. The ceremony was held on the magical private beach at Treasure Cove. The main house and two side wing suites were the perfect setting for the Bride and Groom to get ready before the big reveal. We were able to all get together in the main house and enjoy Family & Friend time. The covered back patio with the pool and hot tub were certainly an added bonus that provided relaxation and fun times. The Property Managers and Owners of Treasure Cove went above and beyond to help ensure we had a fabulous experience. We truly appreciate everyone that helped make the Wedding Weekend so very Special. We loved the house and amenities. This was perfect for our large group. The pool and hot tub were just what the kids needed and adults were able to hang out around the pool. The hot tub didn’t get as warm as we would have liked, but overall, it was a great place to stay! Very attentive hosts!

Great Private beach
Great location. we stayed for 15 nights and enjoyed our stay very much. Vanessa and Cecil where very responsive when question or needed something. Close by grocery shopping and liquor store. Heidi was also great to deal with leading up to trip and few questions once got there. Highly recommend this place.

Beautiful Beachfront Property
Beautiful, modern and spacious. Our family of 9 enjoyed a fantastic Christmas holiday in Exuma. Wake up to amazing views. This house is very clean and has everything you need. The beach is beautiful, but water is a little rougher than other beaches in the area. However, you have the infinity pool and hot tub to enjoy instead - our kids thoroughly enjoyed those every evening/night. Highly recommend this property. Friendly side note - heed the noseeum warnings...protect with bug spray every evening/night - this is not an issue with the property, just a reality on the island in general.

Just Amazing View and Setting
Our family of 12, eight adults and 4 young children, enjoyed this beautiful and spacious house and the gorgeous natural beauty that surrounded it. The kids loved the hot tub and pool and from morning until night. The house was very comfortable and had everything we needed.Vanessa was very responsive when a question came up. It's very private, yet close to restaurants and the airport. We enjoyed our hired chef to give the mamas a break. The washer and dryer was great. Be aware of the sand flys as the Bahamians call them otherwise known as no-seeums. Depending on the winds these little bugs bite and can cause a lot of itching. Bug spray is a must.Overall, it was a fantastic house and we highly recommend a stay at Treasure Cove beach house for making memories to last!

3 generations of Pederson’s having a ball!!!
Great place to connect with families of all ages. Our group ranged in ages from 11 to 70 years young. Enjoyed the ocean waves crashing over us on the beach front and the hot tub and pool in between. Kitchen and family room made for great evenings. And the layout of the sleeping rooms allows for everyone’s comfort at individual bed times. Tours of islands were handy, we enjoyed ourselves entirely!!! Papa Pederson

Family stay for 70th Birthday Celebration
Our stay was excellent. A perfect amount of room for the 8 adults and 5 children. Enough room for each small family to have their own space. The views, pool and beach were all amazing. The mid week cleaning was nice to have as a re-set and anytime we had a question even if not related to the house itself the host answered the question in a timely manner and all suggestions perfectly met our needs.

Great Family Vacation
The house was amazing. The pool is terrific and the ocean is fantastic. Snorkeling right off the beach was a lot of fun. We also went to Pretty Molly Beach which was like glass. Exuma Market is the best place to shop for food. Mikes Pizza is pretty good. Eating out is good but expensive. Property managers and owners are great.

Beautiful Beachfront property
The property was perfect for our group. Enough space for all 12 of us to be together and enjoy the pool and beach while also having the option to retreat to your private rooms for alone time. Everything that we needed was in the house. We cooked most meals at the property and hired a chef to come in one night to prepare dinner for us. The views were amazing the beach was perfect. I definitely give the property 5 stars and plan to vacation here again. The only negative and it has nothing to do with the property (something with the water supply on the island) was we did not have running water on our last evening and morning check out, so no one could shower after being in pool, wash dishes after cooking or flush toilets and this was a real bummer. I’m just glad it happened on our last evening. Would I go back again? Absolutely!

An Experience to Treasure
From booking to our final day, our experience was unforgettable. Heidi, Vanessa and Cecil are absolutely incredible and a joy to work with. They had excellent recommendations for chefs, private boat rental, car rental, taxis, scuba diving and much more. They house has everything you need and there are grocery and liquor stores nearby. We had adults, tweens and teens and the layout of the house worked perfectly for our family of 11. We all enjoyed spending time in the beautiful pool, reading books on the patio and walking on the gorgeous beach. We spent hours snorkeling, paddle boarding and kayaking. We saw barracuda’s and beautiful fish not far from the shore. It was the perfect spot to unwind, relax, and enjoy the beautiful view with our family. Everyone wished we could have stayed another week. We’ll never forget our incredible experience at Treasure Cove Beach House. Thank you to Heidi and her wonderful team. Stay here. You won’t be disappointed.

Stunning Property
We spent 8 nights in Exuma. We had a family of 10. The House easily accommodated all of us comfortably. With a party as large as ours eating out was extremely pricey so we bought groceries and cooked most meals at the house. It is fully stocked with everything you will need. It was perfect. Views are unbelievable. We will be back!

Fantastic Trip!
I really cannot say enough positive things about the property and the Owners/Managers. The week we (7 adults, 2 teens, 1 child) stayed was absolutely wonderful all around - both the weather (Sunny and never above 81 each day) and our relaxation/family time. The home, being new, is beautiful. The lay out, as commented upon by other guests, is fantastic for both space and comfort. Definitely a great place for a large family/group gathering - set up for maximum fun time as well as allowing an ability for everyone to have their privacy and personal space for naps/rest when desired. We (adults anyway) all enjoyed the private beach (privacy in general), the view (stunning) and the pool/spa daily. At night you can fall asleep to the waves crashing on shore and leave your windows open for the breeze or keep comfortable with the room A/C for perfect sleeping. Enjoyed our morning coffees sitting near the shore/waves watching the sunrise and snorkeled, swam, lounged, kayaked each and every day. Close to the property was golfing (Sandals) as well as food (store and restaurants) and tours/excursions (swimming pigs/turtles/SHARKS!!! - the good kind). WiFi and ample smart TVs kept us connected to the world and allowed for many a netflix/movie night. Hosts provided for an early check-in/late check-out and Housekeeping visited midway through the week to keep things clean and comfortable. Ample laundry machines are also available on the main floor to keep clothing, towels and linens clean as needed daily. Property manager (Vanessa) was fantastic - always attentive and willing to facilitate needs/concerns quickly and efficiently making our time at the property as relaxing and enjoyable as possible. Lastly, like others have commented - make proper plans for food and drinks (alcohol or otherwise) at nearby establishments close to the property and always - ALWAYS - Keep Left!

Family Beach Holiday
This home is amazing. The layout is fantastic. There is plenty of common space to eat, talk and play games inside the main house. Bedrooms are perfect for private space and naps. We would go from the pool, to snorkeling out front. to the hot tub, then the kayaks and then do it all over again. We loved it. Vanessa and Cecil are easy to get in touch with and so helpful, warm and kind. Booking was a breeze. We will be back.

Beautiful Location
We enjoyed a wonderful, peaceful vacation. Short drive from the airport to the property. The views were amazing, the accommodations were perfect - very clean with all of the amenities of home. The hosts were very accommodating, quick to respond and answered all of our questions. We really appreciated their recommendations regarding places to visit and all the great places to eat. They also recommended a place that is close to the town where you can rent a boat and tour around Elizabeth harbour. We especially enjoyed the pool, hot tub and private beach and mornings on the deck watching the sunrises. We will definitely be back.

Amazing location, spectacular house!
Our family had a fantastic experience - the house and cabanas were open, spacious and had spectacular views of the beach and ocean. The pool and hot tub situated in the large deck provided a great place to spend time together while barbecuing, reading or splashing around. The private beach area was perfect for our family to swim and play in the sand while feeling like we were in our own ocean paradise. Located close to many amazing local restaurants, stores and amenities we had everything we needed. The hosts were so wonderful at informing us of everything ahead of time and made it such a seamless vacation from start to finish. Can't wait to visit again!

Treasure Cove paradise !
Treasure cove exceeded all my expectations. We were in search of a spacious tranquil setting, and we found it. Treasure Cove is a lovely secluded paradise and was the perfect fit for us. A lovely secluded paradise. We were impressed by the beach decor, comfortable beds, fluffy towels and fully stocked kitchen. Luxury at its finest. We needed nothing but a few groceries and cocktails , located near by. A dreamy salt water pool and hot tub did the ultimate job of helping us decompress. The stars at night were plentiful. The private beach setting was perfect for me and my family. We also enjoyed using the BBQ for cookouts. We went snorkelling directly from our beach and saw beautiful Coral formations and a variety of fish. We also launched the provided kayaks directly from our beach and enjoyed a lovely sunset kayak paddle. We rented a boat close by in Georgetown and had an amazing adventure. Saw sting rays , and yes we fed them. To follow, we enjoyed a nice light lunch. I would definitely rate this venture at 5 stars. I hope to book again soon.
