We thought the room was clean and tidy. The floor we were on was quiet. However, while we were in the room, another guest used his key to enter our room. It was an honest mistake on his part, but we were very surprised that his key would work on our door. We notified the front desk and they immediately assigned us to a different room. The room was just as clean and tidy, but the faucet in the bathroom was broken.
