We had an issue with this guest due to a language barrier, the issue was about the reservation being already paid for during time of booking, but we eventually convinced the guest that we only collect payment when the guest checks in, and that the Credit card details were asked for by Expedia to guarantee the reservation.
I think that you have complimented our hotel and room as being superb.

Quaint, but I like quaint. Friendly owners. My go-to whenever I visit my Miner.

We stayed there due to an event we were competing in close by. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The Rustic is an older building, but well maintained. More well maintained than a lot of the more expensive name brand places. The linens were clean, the furniture in great shape, and they provided plenty of towels and pillows in the room, so much so you didn't need to ask for anything. It was quiet, and we were literally able to park right in front of our room. Highly recommend. We'll use this facility again if we race NICA again in Rolla next year. Plus it was within walking distance of the course.

Property looks too old, It does not seems what mentioned in expedia

Thank you for your comments. Yes it’s an old property but we have done our best with the limitations that we have to make the rooms liveable for our guests. We remember that you checked in extremely late, but we would have referred you to a different hotel in town if you would have informed us that you were not happy. For us it is not about just making money but to give our guests the best possible amenities that we can offer. We apologize for our property being “too old”.

Property run down room was old equipment is junk TV hardly work just overall a dump not worth it

We are disappointed to read your comments. If you had trouble operating the TV, you could have asked for our assistance. Since you asked to be accommodated in a SMOKING ROOM we normally do not install expensive furniture in any of our Smoking rooms. WE have had a lot of guests who have stayed in that particular room and they had no bad experiences.
