The walls were very thin. The bathroom ND TOILET TINY.

The motel was clean and tidy with friendly staff and close to shops.

On arrival after a 12 hour car trip just wanted to shower and sleep. Get to reception and the lady went on and on boasting about where she lives and running through reasons why we shouldnt buy a house in roma or mitchell. Omg. She talked so much that we had to remind her that she hadnt given us the room keys or told us what room we were in.
Get to the room, very shabby.
Had a shower, walked about barefooted in the room, floor felt greasy and went to get into bed to find my feet were filthy in the space of not even 5 minutes.
The shower area had an unpleasant smell so we kept the window open.
We left a day early and in fairness i have to say the receptionist tried to get us a refund but couldnt due to us booking online

The screen door for our unit and others when it was open prevented us from using the railing to climb three step ladder style steps to our room. It was put on incorrectly. It was incredibly difficult for me and my husband to go up and down, especially with a bag or something we needed in our hand. This should have been rectified as an accident would leave the owners with a problem. The reception person wasn't very welcoming. Wouldnt go back.

The room was filthy even had toe nail clippings from a previous visitor on the floor. The towels had dirty hand prints on them, the toilet wasn’t clean even though it had a clean and sanitised thing on the lid, the bedding was heavily stained, mould on the wardrobe near the air conditioner and the fan had so much dust collected on the blades we didn’t dare turn it on. Friends stayed in other rooms with similar issues. We even checked out early because we couldn’t stand to be sleeping in the filth for another night.

The bathroom was filthy, there was no service to the rooms, had to take towels to office for clean ones, no emptying of the bins in the rooms or replacing coffee, toilet paper etc.
the manager was blowing the leaves away at 8am in the morning very noisy and inconsiderate of guests.
The towels were slimy and could not dry yourself with them. I will never stay here again

I am sorry hear this happen to you. I have just got back to Roma a couple of week ago and read your review and i am write to you about your stay. i can see you were there for 3 days as we do services every 3 days as a lot of guest do not want cleaner going in there rooms and that is why you would had 3 towels in your room. But since i have got back i have i have put the Manger Off and has been replaces and the cleaner have gone as well because if they can not do there job properly they are no good to me. i have a new manger and 2 very good cleaner now. so i am sorry your stay was not a happy one thank you for your review as if i do not know whats going on i can not do any thing about whats happening.
