Excelente lugar para hospedarse !! La habitacion hermosa y limpia tal cual se ve en las fotos , la atencion fue increible , te queda muy cerca de los lugares turisticos se encuentra en una zona muy segura. Quedamos fascindos con el lugar , si estan buscando alojamiento en Roma no duden en reservarlo !!

The staff at this hotel were fantasyoc and very helpful i can an not fault at all. The room however was not what i expected, i assumed this was a hotel but instead it was a room in an apartment. The bathroom was not clean and needs a full gut ans remodel as well as the room. It reslly needs revamp.The pillows were flat Iikea pancake and bed was really uncomfortable. If it wasnt for the good staff and location tbis hotel i would not rate at all. Unfortunatel it is not hotel I would go back to.

Not Enjoyable
Publié le 3 août 2024 sur HotelsAlthough the staff offered to help with directions and taxi bookings, their disinterest in addressing accommodation issues was disappointing. We endured cold showers for the duration of our stay, and despite repeatedly notifying staff, the problem remained unresolved. After pre-paying in full for our booking, we made several unsuccessful requests for a reasonable partial refund from the hotel, due to the discomfort experienced during our stay. All requests were declined by the hotel. Additionally, constant construction noise outside our window further marred our stay. This was ongoing, and not a one-off event, and guests should be informed of such disturbances before booking. Despite some positive aspects, these significant issues and the staff's lack of genuine concern overshadowed our experience. Once guests have paid, it seems there’s no chance of recourse or reimbursement from the hotel if problems arise. After returning to one’s home country from abroad, it seems there is little chance of assistance from this hotel.

Unfortunately, because your review is anonymous, we don't understand who you are, so we can't reply to this accurately.By the way, we provide assistance everyday and for EMERGENCY also 24/7Reception is open EVERYDAY 08:30 - 18:00and after that time our guest can reach us via WhatsApp.Everytime we have a issue, immediately we call a professional technician to solve it.About refund, there is a PROCEDURE to do it in case, that means time and valuation from the owners of our property. Thanks anyway for your review, despite the disagreement, we will still try to improve ourselves and our services
