En revanche: moisissures sur le mur à côté du canapé dans le quel dormaient nos enfants, porte salle de bain/wc qui ne fermait pas correctement, baignoire qui fuyait, literie spartiate

Publié le 3 mai 2024 sur HomeAwayNotre arrivée a été largement facilitée par Sylvia, l'hôte, qui dans un très bon français nous a très bien accueilli, rendu des services, renseigné sur les alentours. A l'écoute de nos souhaits et rendant notre séjour agréable sans question comme le retour, Sylvia nous a réservé le taxi pour l'aéroport. Merci Sylvia

Publié le 6 août 2023 sur HomeAwayAdorable studio au cœur de Rome, bien agencé , bien équipé et terriblement charmant. Sylvia et Lopo sont adorables et parlent parfaitement français. Le quartier est très sympathique, près de tous mains loin du tumulte touristique. Après 18:00 la zone est accessible en voiture et nous avons pu nous garer dans l’impasse à 50m de l’entrée. Vivement recommandé!

Publié le 28 avr. 2023 sur HomeAwayIdéalement situé en plein coeur de Rome dans un quartier calme, le Domus Ciancaleoni est un lieu très agréable, reposant et chargé d'Histoire. Il est possible de tout faire (et refaire !) à pieds ou de prendre le métro à 2 pas du logement. Silvia est très accueillante et parle un excellent français. Nous avons passé un superbe séjour. Merci

Great apartment

The apartment is set in an old building with unique character and was perfect for our brief stay. What made things better was our host went out of her way to make things as easy as possible for us.

Habitación, cocina y baño completamente equipadas.
Anfitriona se comunica a la perfección en otros idomas y te hace sentir acogido. En todo momento sientes la confianza de preguntar, para poder disfrutar de la ciudad y tu estancia.
Aporta información y guía sobre lugares turísticos.
Definitivamente nos alojarémos aquí en una próxima oportunidad, y recomendaremos a amigos.

Sylvia is great, but her assistant ruins it.
Publié le 24 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayI was told I could do early check in and once I got there to call her assistant Amil. When I arrived, Amil did not answer his phone. Luckily, another couple was leaving and let me inside the building. When I got inside the courtyard area, no one was there. I called for Amil's name and luckily he showed up. Only, he doesn't speak English and seemed to have no idea who I was despite being told in advanced.
I showed him pictures of the listing and told him numerous times I had booked Blue. He called Sylvia and after some back and forth he finally got me keys. When I got into the apartment it looked different from pictures, but all I wanted after an extremely long travel day was a shower.
There wasn't any towels, so I had to hunt down Amil. I had my suspicions that the towels weren't clean based on the musky and smoke smell. My suspicions were confirmed after I took a shower and noticed a red hair on the towels. I messaged Amil about the issue, but no response. I went back into his office and asked for clean towels. I was given towels, but these had mascara stains on them and the same musky, smoky smell. It also turns out Amil gave me the wrong apartment. At this point, I wasn't coming back early from sightseeing. I figured I'd switch rooms when I returned. However, Sylvia took matters into her own hands and moved my stuff, which I wasn't entirely comfortable with. Sylvia is very nice. but I would not recommend this place based on my experience.

Heaps of character in a great location.
Publié le 17 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayProperty and location were perfect. Our host Sylvia was incredibly helpful, friendly and went out of her way to ensure our stay was easy and enjoyable. She also allowed us to store luggage after check out which allowed us to explore more of Rome.

Publié le 15 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwaySpacious accommodation with nice bathroom and good shower. Welcoming host and good communication from Mr Dinesh (we arrived quite late on a Sunday evening, but he was there to meet us).
Great location close to main city attractions - colloseum, forum, etc. but still nice and quiet. Also nice seating area outside.
Coffee provided and toiletries
Sofa bed downstairs, had to ask for linen. WiFi a bit hit and miss.
