My only complaint was that there was not hot water.

Dear Helen, very sorry but there should be a mistake. It is impossible that room runs out hot water.. there is 60lt boiler which actually didn’t stop after you left. But I also wonder why we weren’t advise, as you instead of warning us, giving us the opportunity to check and possibly remedy it, you did nothing other than thank us several times for the breakfast and the overnight stay

Great views, feels like home, amazing location!
Publié le 2 juill. 2024 sur HotelsIt was great to stay here. Location was amazing. It was mosquitoes season the only thing that didn't like but if you are close to the ocean, it very common. Ricardo makes the best breakfast and Pilar is a great host who resolves everything in 3 seconds. They were very inviting and I was delighted to stay there.

The property was in a perfect location and had a beautiful balcony area. Breakfast was amazing as well. The owners are super kind and very responsive. Highly recommend!

When we first opened the door, the stairs were daunting but after getting our heavy bags up to the room level, all was good, very good. Our room was a quite comfortable and our bathroom, while private was down the hall. Breakfast was wonderful and is seven indoors when chilly and outdoors when warm. There is a large purpose living space overlooking a pedestrian area. The recreations and shops all around. You are one block from the water and the beach. A great place to stay and close to FCO.

Dear Stewart, thank you for the nice review. All the information about the information for each feature of the rooms and also regarding the structure is well explained in our announcement and very detailed, we are surprised you had not read that the structure is located on the first floor of a prestigious building from the 1920s and consequently like the typical period houses does not have a lift.Anyway we’re very glad you had an enjoyable staying and appreciate to be at Barocchetto Romano.
