Établissement très calme avec très belle chambre et belle piscine et surtout elena et magda très bon accueil et très agréable

We booked based on the good reviews however from the moment we booked we received multiple WhatsApp messages from the hotel saying that we must check in before 8pm and asking if we were dining with them. On the way to the hotel we received more messages asking if we would be there soon.
On arrival the receptionist was very nice to be fair but the room was very average, literally a bed and end table, no kettle or amenities to make tea/coffee. There was incredibly loud music playing until well past midnight and the room has no schuko sockets (the cylinder shape hole) for anyone travelling with adapters.
Another reason we booked the hotel was for the pool, however your greeted with a message in your room saying you will be fined if you use the room towels and that you must rent pool towels in order to use the pool.
Breakfast next morning was ok, fairly basic. We packed up and left fairly early and checked out the next morning.
The hotel is at the end of a fairly long unlit lane/road we thankfully were able to follow another car as Google stops at the junction of the main road.
Again staff where nice but the hotel is very expensive compared to the competition and it’s basic facilities

Dear Guest, regarding your report we have to explain first of all that we take care of the welcome at the reception and this is why we had sended a message to know your arrival time. For us it's very important give you the best welcome and all information about the say with us. For Guest that come from another country we take care more, because can be strange get the key from a keybox, and before the arrival we send message and all other kind of info, a lot of truble and job for us, but it's very important for the guest. Regarding the noise and the music, unfortunatelly the restaurant is very busy from friday to sunday and sometimes we have party or cerimony, music or people speaking over midnight. So not facilities in the room but the rooms are cleaned, nice and our maison is special, and yes the towels for the pool are for rent. But in Rome you can see a lot of bad hotels with blanket dirty and old, or broken and stained. We are not perfect but our quality is wort the price paid. We thank you for the kind words about the staf and we hope to see you again at the BoMa. Best regards.

It's in a nice private location up in the hills. However it wasn't quiet at night. It sounded like a party outside my window every night until 1 AM. The breakfast morning lady wouldn't allow me to sit at a table just outside their main seating in the open air. I don't understood why. Why have a big beautiful property and let me me sit and enjoy it during breakfast? It is far from the city center. Overall just a little too fancy for me.
I loved the room itself. The property and building were well maintained and beautiful. I had a window above my bed that automatically opened with a shade I could open and close.

Thanks for the review, we are sorry to read this when the first breakfast you had here with us you sat in the outside area without any problems. Although when there are many people and only one waitress we prefer to gather all the guests in one room to better organize the tables.There was no party this weekend, it was just the people who were having dinner at the restaurantThe noise never goes beyond 11.30 pm midnight at the latest.We think it ok the distance from the center when you drive a carwe are sorry for your disappointment, we hope that you enjoyed your stay anywayKind Regards

Amazing place to stay! The staff are incredible and the food in their restaurant is some of the best around! If you are not planning on renting a car, maybe stay closer to Rome, but if you have one this place is to die for!

We absolutely loved staying at BoMa. The Hotel is a real retreat where you can relax and unwind. The staff were really helpful and the food was delicious. My son has Coeliac disease and cabt eat gluten he had a fantastic choice of dishes to choose from. We would highly recommend BoMa Country House.
