Maison parfaite vacances parfaites!
Publié le 1 août 2017 sur HomeAwayTrès jolie maison dans un beau jardin. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le nettoyage quotidien, le calme, l'accès facile au centre de Rome, la proximité de grottaferrata et de frascati...et la gentillesse du propriétaire.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus in der Nähe von Rom
Publié le 1 sept. 2018 sur HomeAwayDas Grundstück liegt nur 7km von Rom entfernt. Wir sind mit dem Mietwagen bis zur Metro gefahren und von da aus haben wir Rom erkundet. Auch zu empfehlen: Gardino di Ninfa / Nymphengarten (ca.1h Fahrt) oder ab Anzio (ca.1h Fahrt) mit der Fähre zur Insel Ponza. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen, Allessandro war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Kleine Abstriche für zusammengewürfeltes und zu wenig Geschirr + Besteck. Ansonsten alles prima und 5 Sterne wert. Empfehlen dich gern weiter !!

We didn't have a rental car and our first day he drove us to a grocery store and waited for us while we picked up some things. He also helped us get a rental car and was just incredibly helpful in so many ways. Every day our apartment was tidied up and the most delicious croissants were left for our enjoyment. My favorite was the chocolate ones! We were visited daily by a sweet cat named Meatball. We enjoyed sitting out on the porch every evening watching the sun set. Wonderful memories!!

Publié le 4 mai 2018 sur HomeAwayWe did not want to leave this charmer! We were so comfortable in this adorable little cottage. The Wysreria were down right georgeous. And our little kitty friend was a d light to see every morning and evening! This place is out of the busy bustling city and we got a true taste of Italy here. If I return I will be staying here!

Etwas laut, da eine Durchgangsstrasse am Haus vorbeiführt. Bei geschlossen Fenster aber kein Problem.
Vermieter ist sehr freundlich, hilfreich und stets zur Stelle.
Wir waren mit dem Auto vor Ort.
An der U-Bahn Anagnina gibt es ausreichend Parkmöglichkeiten für 2 Euro pro Tag um bequem in die Altstadt zu gelangen.

Truly an Idealic Getaway!!
Publié le 8 avr. 2017 sur HomeAwayAlessandro and his Dolce Casetta are an ideal spot to enjoy all Rome and surroundings have to offer! The cottage is very comfortable, clean and well furnished, so one may cook in the cozy kitchen and eat at home, or you are close to great restaurants in Grottaferrata, or nearby Frascati, or even an evening in Rome! The train station to get to Rome is in Frascati, a mere 15 minute drive, and there is great parking...5 euros for the day, and the train ride is about half an hour into Rome for 8.40 euros roundtrip. But Rome is not all there is to see in the area! Grottaferrata is in the middle of the Castelli Romani....and each and every commune is worth a visit! In addition are such hidden gems as Artena.
Alessandro was a fantastic host....they came and cleaned everyday, and left breakfast goodies. We felt quite spoiled, and were sad to say arrivederci.
