Publié le 28 sept. 2023 sur HomeAwayWhen we first walked into the apartment we thought for sure that we had stepped arrived at the wrong address. The online photos were beautiful and elegant. The actual apartment was a dismal dump. Half of the listed amenities were nonexistent, including ones that we had planned our trip around. For example, we needed a clothes washer and dryer. We also needed a full stove with oven. Both of them were listed on the apartment's web page, but none of them were found.
After complaining to the property manager and having then been threatened physically by her, we were forced to vacate prior to our scheduled departure. Oddly enough, that property page has been taken down and the new page has a description that is slightly more accurate. The photos, however, are totally fake.
This was the worst travel experience of my entire 70 year old life.

I regret having to write this review because unfortunately I can only say unkind things about the host. He said only untruths about the state and facilities of the flat which was then fortunately amply demonstrated with Vrbo. In spite of the insults received from the guest via whatapp and also these demonstrated, I tried to give complete assistance to the guest who I realised was in a severely compromised physical and psychological state. Never allowed the housekeeper to come in to clean the flat, change the bed linen and towels which is an additional service we provide free of charge to guests after the third day of their stay. Only once did he allow the cleaning lady to hand him the towels by opening the door a few centimetres with the second guest pushing the door to close it risking breaking the cleaning lady's arm.Also for me the worst hospitality experience of my life. I hope this man finds all the assistance he needs

Convenient Location
Publié le 3 juill. 2023 sur HomeAwayNice quaint place in idyllic location. Super convenient. The main problem was when we forgot to pay the local Italy tax and were not provided adequate instructions as to how to pay it.
