The person at the front desk came up to the room with us which makde us very uneasy. The room wasn't clean, but we were so uncomfortable with the person being in the room with us that we didn't want to say anything. We ended up not staying at the hotel. It's frustrating that we can't get a refund because we "checked-in"... but the problems didn't arise until after check-in.

Patricia and Amanda were stellar! The facility was so clean. The whole staff was so sweet and made sure our stay was comfortable and invitational. We were there for a tennis tournament this past weekend and ended up winning and we’re going to NATIONALS!!!!!! Every single person working there was very professional. I did stay at a Hampton Inn and Suites in Memphis 3 weeks ago and the facility was disgusting. The floors were nasty. Nothing was clean. I was hesistent to book another Hampton but I am so glad I did! The breakfast was also phenomenal.
