Both lights on either side of beds were hanging down, the pole light in corner could not be turned off, had to unplug it, hand towel in bathroom had a hole in it, beds were extremely small, magnetic key to get into door had to be swiped numerous times before it would unlock, floor sounded like we were walking on cardboard, only one phone charging port had to pay 55 Euros to check in early for a room that was already cleaned.

It is so close to the airport in Rome! It also offers free shuttle to and from the airport! The staff were wonderful: professional and friendly and very helpful!

Great rooms!! Excellent service. Needs to replace hallway carpet. Breakfast is not included. Lots of room in the room, unusual for Italy. Includes a kettle, has ice machine

The location is convenient to the airport, but it not a pedestrian friendly place to stroll.The airport line bus was free and a great way to get to the hotel.

The staff were very kind and helpful, the property was very nice and up to date. The bed was soft, compared to the other 4 hotels we stayed in Italy this trip, the best bed! The market is down the street and amazing dining blocks away and all walkable. The food was plentiful and excellent quality.

Super easy from terminal to hotel and back. Use the green e-bus “airport line” from terminal 3 and it goes to the hotel. Took 10 minutes to get to airport in the morning. Very convenient- good bar service.

Convenient access to airport. But not anything within walking distance such as restaurants. We heard negative comments from others about the nearby other Hilton with had many add-on charges.
