The rooftop bar was very cute, the spa was nice. The location was great, the square right beside it was awesome!

A very nice boutique hotel in the heart of Rome, providing easy walking access to all the main sights in Rome, with breakfast and a movie on the rooftop. Highly recommended.

Excellent and very well located property from which to walk around the many historic and beautiful spots in Rome.
Wonderful staff, especially Sonia with excellent restaurant recommendations. Spotlessly clean and very comfortable rooms.

We got in late due to a flight delay. I notified the hotel I would be checking in late. When I got there they sold my room I prepaid for and said it was non-refundable since I booked through Expedia. They offered to send me to their sister property a few blocks away. They helped roll my luggage to the other property in the middle of the night and the wheel broke on my luggage. The lady at the front desk said she would talk to management about complimentary massages due to the issues. We got massages the next day, but were charged for them at checkout. I asked them to look into this charge and they never got back to me.
