Apartement bien situé
Publié le 26 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayTout était parfait, bien situé avec petite terrasse extérieure agréable pour le café ou le digestif. Le restaurant situé en bas était excellent.

Déçue par rapport aux photos
Publié le 18 mars 2024 sur HomeAwayLes photos sur le site donnent une impression de cocoon douillet, en fait l’appartement est « normal ». Très mal équipé en cuisine: loué pour 5-6, il n’y a que trois assiettes plates et 4 verres. Les matelas sont pas terribles, il y avait des lampes de chevet mais pas d’ampoules! par contre il est plutôt grand et clair.
Problème d’accueil avec un seul lit fait pour une location de 4 personnes et pas de draps dans l’appartement.. La propriétaire a été à l’écoute mais n’a pas pu faire grand chose, nous sommes arrivés un peu avant minuit.
Bref, très cher pour les services.

Caro Raphael, non sai quanto mi dispiace leggerti dopo tutti i miei sforzi per farvi trascorrere un buon soggiorno! Ti ribadisco che al momento della prenotazione, come è scritto in annuncio e per evitare inconvenienti, occorre specificare se si desidera dormire in letti separati. Come già ti ho detto, in casa c’erano lenzuola per 4 al vostro arrivo. Inoltre, nonostante siate arrivati in piena notte e nonostante ti abbia anche specificato che ho una bambina piccola che dormiva, sono stata al telefono con te per aiutarti a trovare le cose a mezzanotte e poi, nuovamente, il giorno dopo siamo venuti a portarti la biancheria in più che chiedevi e a rispondere a tutte le tue esigenze…..siamo venuti ben 4 volte, dopo pochi minuti dalle tue chiamate e credo che non ci fosse nessuna reale urgenza, francamente. Come se non bastasse, ti ho lasciato l’appartamento a disposizione per un giorno in più e ho pagato al tuo posto le tasse di soggiorno che in genere sono a carico degli ospiti solo perché volevo che tu fossi felice, nel complesso, del soggiorno. In tutta onestà, a me questo sembra un trattamento da hotel di lusso e non da b&b per cui mi dispiace di leggere la tua recensione ma so, in cuor mio, che di più non ti potevo proprio offrire. Un bémol, le lit n'est pas très confortable. Il faudrait faire un tour chez poltrone sofa!
Ceci dit, que des éloges et des compliments.

Publié le 7 nov. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe enjoyed our stay in Rome. Our Apartment was a bit beat up. We made the best of it. Needs some updating. Pull out couch was ridicules. Broken, thank goodness it was only for 1 person, they had to sleep sideways/diagonally in a trench. Balcony is a bit dangerous and dirty; I spent an hour cleaning. Location was excellent. Lots of Great Restaurants, Shops and close to many Attractions. One of the best, safest, cleanest neighborhoods in Rome.

I bought the sofa you're talking about a few months ago… So it seems a little bit strange but sometimes guests break things and, having a lot of Booking, we don’t realize immediatly… I’ll go to make a check today and, if it is really broken, I'll have it repaired.
As for the balcony you call dirty, it must have been a bad day before your arrival so it got dirty with rain and wind but I'll report it to the cleaning company right away.
If you have any other suggestions, feel free to write to me ☺️
Anyway, it seems to me that for the rest you were fine so I'm happy and see you soon!

Great place in the heart of Rome!
Publié le 28 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayThis property is quaint and gives you an idea of how locals live in Rome. The property is on 2nd level, no elevator, so be prepared to carry luggage up. Great host Communication. I would stay again. Close walk to everything and a great restaurant below the apartment. My only complaint is the air fresheners since I am asthmatic strong air fresheners cause me an issue. We just put them all in one room and closed the door.

Short stop over
Publié le 20 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayI had trouble connecting to the internet and since there was no one to greet us i was unable to access the entry instructions. Fortunately a kind man helped me to connect and i was able to get the codes. The place otherwise met my expectations. Its a good idea to get everything in hard copy just in case you have trouble like we had.

In fact, I can’t put the informations on how to make check in in front of the door for the safety of my guests.

Great location for a break in Roma

Would happily stay here again for our next trip to atone

Perfect spot with in 15 minutes walking to almost all the sights.
You can find shopping from clothing, pastries, food, and souvenirs all close by!!
I would recommend it to anyone heading to Rome
