This place is absolutely disgusting. It’s falling apart, don’t be fooled by the pictures. The bathroom is a room with a few showers that is shared by the entire floor, it was so dirty, wet and gross that I didn’t even want to step in it. I was placed in a room with other 4 big men and the vibe in the entire place was just shady. At night it was impossible to sleep, you can hear every little thing from the entire property. The bed and pillow are just plain horrible, the “lamp” was just a hanging wire with a lightbulb very close to your head, so very unsafe. The area where the hostel is located is dirty and creepy… I didn’t feel safe walking there during the day let alone at night. The staff was very unhelpful when I asked if I could upgrade to a cleaner or safer room or if I could get a refund if I checked out, they didn’t provide any options. Needless to say the next day I just checked out and went to another place, I didn’t care that I would not get a refund, I just wanted to get out of there. That is when the staff finally showed some concern and offered other rooms… but it was too late cause I already had reservations in other place. Never going again. Stay away from this property! Pictures are very misleading.

Dear Vania , Thank you for your review of our property.There are 3 floors to the hostel we have many common bathrooms throughout the hostel,you had booked a mixed dorm ,you could have booked a female dorm if you didn’t want to be in a room with male guests.The day you had asked to change rooms we had no other rooms available at the time,when you went to check out earlier the receptionist had advise you we had a cancellation and that we could move you to another room.As for our pictures on the website and booking platform are indicative of what the hostel is. As for the area around the hostel is safe we are close to the main metro station and there can be some migrants around the station which is a government problem.Kind Regards Palladini management

O piso do banheiro é liso demais, e há um degrau entre os banheiros e o corredor, que fazem com que seja perigoso e escorregadio.
