The rooms met our expectations perfectly, featuring good-sized beds and a spacious bathroom. The location was also fantastic, being conveniently close to Piazza del Popolo, the metro, and other main attractions. Additionally, the neighborhood felt safe and was pleasantly quiet.

Emplacement excellent !!!!
Bien été, mais j’ai trouvé un peu compliqué la façon d’entrer dans la bâtisse. Il faut absolument avoir un accès internet. L’entrée se fait à partir de notre téléphone, c’est assez inhabituel. La chambre est à 2 minutes de la place du peuple et du métro Flaminio !!! Emplacement vraiment top!!!!

If you don't have a cell phone, you're in trouble!
This location was perfect for us, the apartment nice and roomy...but, how the onsite keys/door code (at location) was handled was a nightmare for us, although the manager did try to work with us. Cannot fault him there. Our phones would not work internationally. Also, set up 2 months in advance to have taxi and confirmed when we checked in. Taxi did not arrive and we had to walk several blocks to find one to transport to the airport. There was no trash can in kitchen area.

This property was awesome and a great location. Very walkable to many sights and close to transit. Easy system to get access to the building and room. Room was very nice with lots of room. The only negative I can say is that my room faced the street and there is a tram that runs right outside, so it was noisy. Not the properties fault and certainly all the positives outweigh this. I just used ear plugs and it was fine for sleeping.

My stay at Popolo & Flaminio Rooms exceeded my expectations. I was skeptical in booking because I’m used to staying at standard hotels, but this was no different. I still received the standard level of service that a hotel provides at a fraction of the price. It didn’t matter that there wasn’t breakfast included because there are so many food options right on the same block. The location was ideal for anyone looking to explore Rome by foot. We walked to most tourist sites and took the Metro located down the block for the sites that were a bit further. It’s also conveniently located 2 minutes from Piazza del Popolo which is a typical meeting spot for most guided tours. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

We loved the location. Just a few steps from Piazza dei Popolo. And closeby to attractions like spanish steps, Pantheon and Fontans di Trevi. Right next to Borghese. A lot of dining options. The rooms are small but they have everything necessary. Its super clean and the cleaning staff are nice and helpful. They even lent us umbrellas to walk around because it was raining outside.

Nice location, surrounds with food place walkable to trevi fountain. Metro very close 2min walk. The place is beautiful , we went in july it's very warm the aircon is really good place so clean . Will recommend :)
