There was mold growing in the shower area, and the exhaust fan was almost blocked with dust [I have a picture for proof]. This isn't a hotel as you must arrive before 4 p.m. Furthermore, the proprietor had an attitude if you asked for something after 3:30 p.m. during our stay.

Our overall stay was amazing. The bed was comfortable, the staff was readily available and friendly. Easy walking to everything. Shopping was steps away as were restaurants. Would stay again!

Decent basic stay in excellent location by Piazza del Popolo. Walkable to your start spots and major sites. Room wasn’t ritzy or flashy, but covered the basics well. Had a mini fridge and closet area to hide away luggage. Clean. 5th floor room had elevator but involved stair access up and down from elevator to room door.

We were really happy with the suite and the location; would definitely recommend, especially if you are planning to shop! Our only complaint was that after our second night, there was no longer a response from the management. The space isn’t a typical hotel, and there is only someone in the office in person for several hours a day, and then only reachable via WhatsApp. Unfortunately they stopped responding to our messages regarding a request to schedule a taxi pickup, and we had to figure it out in our own. Thankfully that was manageable, but what if it had been a more pressing matter to which we needed assistance?

We were told that our room was upgraded when we arrived. It was in a very convenient location and some good amenities, elevator, small frig with water, juice and drinks for free and coffee, tea and small breakfast snacks. Unfortunately, we had issues with a bad mildew odor smell coming from the shower. We contacted the property and asked for a new room, they said there weren't any. For two days in row, we complained about the odor which was making us nauseous and sick. They promised a Technician would take care of it. Taking care of it appeared to consist of spraying cologne/perfume to mask the odor. As soon as we showered, the bad odor can back immediately and stronger. We cannot recommend staying here again since they did not resolve a very serious issue and it became an unpleasant stay at their property. This was not a hotel, it was more of an AirBnb.

Although next to busy street, the room very quiet, everything as expected. Friendly staff, we got checked-in really fast and before the check-in time as we arrived early.
