Publié le 13 janv. 2023 sur HomeAwayIf you are looking for that old Italian hospitality you will NOT find it here. The host did not meet me at check it and was told to self check in. The apartment and the bed sheets smelled!!! The kitchen appliances wore dirty and the coffee kettle almost caught on fire!! The replacement kettle was disgusting as it had this white mildew, but the worst was the shower!!! The water heater did not work and had to take showers is freezing cold water (this is in January). The host did little to remedie the situation and when asked for a partial refund she refused.

Dear Vilma, you could have chosen to be welcomed by me and not to do the self check-in, it was enough that you would have asked me and I would have done it willingly. The problems you mention, namely the kettle which unfortunately broke, I took care to replace it immediately and for the boiler I asked for the immediate intervention of a technician who temporarily remedied it, still allowing you to have hot water and take a shower. Unfortunately, to ensure optimal service, the boiler had to be replaced and it wasn't a job that could be done immediately, much less with a person inside. I hope that at least you can understand this. For everything else, I think you were offended and wanted to invent untrue things. On my part there was all the understanding and concern to remedy the problems. Besides, you were also rude towards me. I'm sorry that your stay was not to your liking.
