Seminar 87_an artist house at Pantheon

Seminar 87 is a perfect solution for those looking for a modern, perfectly functional house in the center of Rome: the Pantheon. The house is 180sqm and is located on the 1st floor of a historic building with an elevator. The apartment consists of 3 bedrooms, two of which have an ensuite bathroom and a large living room (40sqm) with a sofa bed. One of the 3 rooms is located above a mezzanine (20sqm), has two single beds that can be joined together and has an ensuite bathroom with tub. Guests have access to all the services present in the apartment. The kitchen is equipped with everything necessary from the Nespresso machine to make coffee in the microwave oven and the dishwasher. In the apartment you will also find an iron and a washing machine. I live a few minutes from the apartment and I am at your disposal for any eventuality. You can contact me by phone or text message and I will help you better plan your stay in Rome. The house is equipped with Netflix, Wi-Fi and air conditioning.

Superbe sĂ©jour dans ce grand appartement, situĂ© en plein centre de Rome, Ă  quelques mĂštres du PanthĂ©on. Tout est accessible Ă  pied. Aldo nous a accueilli Ă  notre arrivĂ©e. Les produits de toilettes sont fournis. Alessandro, le mari est venu nous dĂ©poser un trousseau de clĂ©s supplĂ©mentaire. TrĂšs sympathique. (Pensez Ă  prĂ©voir les 3,50€ de taxe/pers/jour). Il nous avait laissĂ© une bouteille de champagne au frigo. Nous n'avons pas rencontrĂ© Aurelia, sa femme qui s'occupe des rĂ©servations, mais elle nous a fait suivre par message les informations nĂ©cessaires sur le quartier (restaurants, glacier, shopping, pharmacie...), et s'est occupĂ©e de nous rĂ©server un taxi pour venir de l'aĂ©roport et pour y aller. Grazie! Petit bĂ©mol sur le dĂ©montage des Ă©chafaudages qui nous a rĂ©veillĂ© le 1er jour. Les fenĂȘtres donnent sur la rue!

Excellent location, beautiful art through the apartment. The host were great, they were very responsive and gave us great recommendations. The only problem was the noise from the street and ongoing construction on the building across the street. Very loud, very early. Would still recommend and stay there again.

Beautiful apartment conveniently located near the Pantheon and Trevi fountain. Even within walking distance of the coliseum, after a guided tour we walked back stopping at a wonderful restaurant ( L’Antica Birreria Peroni) for dinner. Due to its convenient location a bit noisy.

I highly recommend. It's in a great location and is a very nice apartment. Aurelia & Alessandro were great hosts. I had lost a key in taxi in Naples and upon my return, they were waiting for us with a new key! Very responsive.

In the center of it all. The pantheon is literally a couple hundred feet away. We are in our mid 60s with bad knees and everything other than the coliseum was in walking distance. So many shops and restaurants nearby, you wouldn’t be able to visit every one. The host helped arrange all our transportation needs and recommended the tour agency, Crazy4rome. Excellent tours. Ask for Yev as your guide. Booking with this host was truly one stop shopping. I count on reviews when booking with VRBO. You truly won’t be disappointed with this location.

Amazing in the heart of Rome

This a great house. The architecture and art are very unique. The hosts we responsive and the listing is very accurate. There was plenty of space for my family of five. The location is the real star though. We ate at three great restaurants all within 30-40 steps from our front door. The Pantheon is a 1 minute walk. It does get a little noisy at night, but not too bad.

Our family loved this Paris apartment — beautifully decorated with incredible artwork that made the space feel like a gallery. Great Rome Location

The location was perfect. Steps from the Pantheon, Trevi, and Spanish Steps. A short walk to the Colosseum and Vatican. The apartment and our host were both great. I have been to Rome many times. This was the best place I have ever stayed at.

Very cool place! LOVED!

Was greeted as soon as we walked up to the door. He was wonderfully, made sure we got a full walk-through of the place. And let us know if we need anything that we could reach out. They also help to set up transportation that picked us up from the airport and brought us back to it. Would stay here again!

Short stay near the Pantheon

The apartment was nice, the location was great right next to the Pantheon. We were able to use the elevator for my 76 year old father who has mobility issues. The hosts were fantastic helpful in every way we were able to book transfers from the airport to the apartment as well as to the Termini station for 4 adults with luggage. Everything was as advertised we enjoyed the beautiful art in the apartment. We would absolutely stay here again! There was a bit of street noise but the hosts had it covered with ear plugs!

Perfect location

Location location location. Central to the heart of Rome. Family members were able to come and go at different time so that everyone could have their best vacation. The place was spacious allowing people to spread out. Well appointed with all important amenities. Gem of a place. Truly special.
