Great location and spacious room.

Excellent value for money in a hotel with a very central location. Easy to walk to several famous tourist attractions/landmarks, as well as the Termini railway station.

The staff were very welcoming and walked us to the guesthouse. Check in was ever easy and our room was ready early. The room was spotless and cleaned every day of our trip. Location is great!

This is a great spot to sleep close to everything. It was clean and had nice amenities. My room didn’t have any sort of view and had a small desk that housed the tv and coffee maker. Not really a room I wanted to spend a lot of time in, but was inexpensive and comfortable.

We found it hard to find at first but that was our fault I guess. It was nice that we could get into our room early. Tub was very high, the glass panel did not close properly and pressure was very light. There was a guy singing outside at midnight who was very loud. We think he thought he was an opera singer but that was not the hotel’s fault. Also we woke up to opera people practicing their scales on piano and singing but we are across from the opera house so … I guess it’s to be expected.

We picked this place because of the great location, it was walking distance to the Termini and to attractions. The room was a bit small and bathroom was even smaller. The bed sheets were really rough and the AC was either on full blast or not on at all and the walls were really thin. The staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, it was not bad but we’re stayed at nicer places for less.
