The staff was very helpful when available but they were very rarely at the property. We had requested twin beds but on our arrival they were made up as a queen. Fortunately there was still someone there to remedy the problem but his availability was only a fluke of chance.

The booking process was easy, but unfortunately the place was not up to par. I will say the location is prime. The home itself had some issues. The sheets did not seem clean, the upper right hand wall of shower had mold and what looks like black mold starting, the Ac stopped working and when we reached out the host said they would check it after we left and for us to sleep with window open. Coffee maker had no coffee and no type of amenities in the room either.

The rooms are large, with plenty of space, very clean, exceptional bathrooms and large king size beds. The location is perfect, just steps away from the forum, and great restaurants all around. Price is quite reasonable as compared to hotels in the area which often have small beds and less space in the room. We stayed twice, for two days each, on our 12 day trip in Italy. Would definitely consider staying again.

Convenient and beautiful apartment
The apartment looks exactly like the photos shown.The apartment is just a 5-10 minutes walk from the Colosseum which is really convenient and also there is a whole lot of restaurants below the apartment ranging from asian to italian restuarants. The host is also very friendly and helpful as a cab was gotten for us as per requested on our last day to the airport. Check in and out was fast and easy, all in all I had an awesome stay in Rome!

Nice room and location, good value.
The room was decent size and nicely renovated. The location was great. There is no staff permanently on site and I had to call them (International roaming) when I arrived because no one was there to give me access to the building. They responded and came by to check me in within 10 minutes, but I was pretty annoyed about this. Make sure you tell them about your arrival time so they will be there when you arrive.

Terrific location in the center of Rome
The room has a very nice, modern bathrooom. The living area was clean and well appointed. It is centrally located near restaurants and attractions. The Air conditioning did not work very well - almost not at all. The walls are thin and noisy neighbours might be a problem.

Room was modern and very nice. Bed was comfortable and bathroom was fantastic. Walk in shower was nice and had lots of space. The air conditioning dos not work and it was very hot in Rome. Neighbourhood was great, super close to the Colloseum and some amazing restaurants.

Terrible service and extra fees
We were very unhappy with this hotel/guesthouse. First off we arrived to check in at around 10pm due to our flight landing at 8pm, which we had notified the owner about 2 months prior. We were charged a 21 euro late check in fee which I thought if we notified her prior to check in we wouldn't be responsible for it and we explained that to her and the reason for late check in and she said "it's not my problem" which was very rude. There was another 21 Euro fee which she said it was city tax but my reservation stated all fees included in the price so be careful of extra charges. No 24HR front desk which is not noted on the reservation. When asked how I would get a hold of her she said call me from your cellphone which we are from USA and it's very expensive to call European numbers. There's no phones in the rooms. On our last day we needed to print boarding passes and there was no one at the front desk. We went down to the 1st floor where a nice and polite guy helped us print them from his computer which was very nice considering we were not staying at his guesthouse. When we went back up to the room we hear a screaming and crying baby in the front and it was the owner with her few month old kid. It's NOT acceptable and professional. So if you're expecting good service, this is NOT the place. There's also many blinded fees so becareful if you stay there. I would recommend staying at the guesthouse below us called LOCANDA COLOSSEO which seemed like very good service and guesthou

Kokeilin ensimmäistä kertaa majoitusta, jossa oli ns. self check-in. Jännitin, että pääsenkö sisään ollenkaan, mutta huoleni osoittautui turhaksi. Sain kattavat ohjeet omistajalta, ja pääsinkin huoneeseen vaivattomasti. Itse huone oli mielestäni hurmaava, se oli kauniisti laitettu, siisti ja iso. Valtava suositus tälle kohteelle, tulen mielelläni uudelleen, kun palaan Roomaan.
