Lovely home in the heart of Rome
Great location, close to the Piazza, as well as multiple shops and restaurants within walking distance. The home was clean, well supplied, and had ample living space.

Excellent location
The apartment is in the most amazing position, it is seconds to the Piazza Navona and minutes to the Castel Sant Angelo. The downside is it’s very noisy on Friday and Saturday nights with loud music and people until very late into the night, early morning. The apartment is spacious and well laid out with all needed for a comfortable stay. The master bed is very uncomfortable, the pillows are awful and not conducive to a good sleep. It would have been a nice, and easy, touch to have had a bottle of wine, a litre of milk, anda loaf of bread upon arrival. Otherwise, a fabulous location to tour the most beautiful city.

Such a gem in a great location!
After returning from Sorrento for our last day in Rome, we selected this apartment due to proximity to Piazza Navona and other bustling areas. The best restaurants are literally outside the door and the common area was huge! I am only sorry we only had 1 day here but we will be back to stay again!

Navona Place
We were a group of, which included 2 teenage boys (17 & 18) and there was plenty of room for all without feeling cramped. Having 3 bathrooms was wonderful. The location couldn't have been better. Communication was outstanding, since all flights were delayed resulting in a late arrival, willingness to accommodate us was wonderful. You can;t go wrong booking this apartment,

Very spacious, clean, and so much charm! The location is excellent, very safe. The bar downstairs is noisy until 2am on the weekends but otherwise very quiet. We will absolutely stay again!

Comfortable flat for a large group
We were happy with the location and size of this apartment - there was plenty of space for 3 adults and it would be well suited for a family. Instructions were clear and we were allowed to check in a little early. The stairs are older but an elevator made transporting luggage a breeze.

Wonderful stay!
We had a great stay at the flat while in Rome! Location was ideal, close to everything with delicious restaurants nearby. This flat was in a perfect location to walk to several attractions. The amount of space was perfect for our group. The elevator was a bonus for luggage and my Mom who could have never did the stairs. Thank You for a wonderful visit.

Terrific location
Traveled with adults kids. Total of 5. Layout was great. Offered privacy but den was spacious to be together. One bedroom has ensuite bath. The other 2 baths are off the hall. No problem just bring a robe! There are lots of steps inside the flat. Couple up/down into most rooms. AC worked great. Kitchen was well equipped. Used the washing machine and drying rack several times. Lots of supplies available and purchased some addl items at the local grocery. Very easy to operate out of the flat for a week. Lovely end to a terrific vacation! Thanks!!

The Beauty of Rome
We loved the apartment. It was clean and the location is perfect. Flavia, Mauro, Nicola were all wonderful. Very good communicators. The were helpful in arranging for transportation to and from the airport. A booklet is on site explaining “things to know” about the apartment along with info on restaurants and transportation. I highly recommend Flavia and the Navona Flat!
