The lakefront is merely a few steps away and offers 60 foot of lakefront for your vacation enjoyment! Along with a personal dock, The French Cottage is the perfect vacation home for both couples and families. While you're in town, make sure to head over to The Boathouse Beer Garden, Buttonwood Grove Winery or Wolffy's Grill and Marina – all three are local foodie favorites. Long weekend in the Finger Lakes

My wife and I had our first trip to the Finger Lakes. We wanted a waterfront property and found this house available. It was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for a great trip. Unfortunately the weather turned cold and rainy a few days so we only had one day to enjoy the back deck and the views. The property isn't in town and we liked that the area around it wasn't very populated. Nice and quiet stay. The property managers kept us informed on all matters and we didn't need them for anything but feel like they were available if we did.

Girls Wine Trip

The house was in a perfect location for our girls wine trip. Booking and checking in was easy. The street was quiet and peaceful. We were able to have a boat pick us up from the dock. The weather didn’t allow us time to enjoy the outside amenities, but there are kayaks for use and a fire pit. Excellent stay that we all very much enjoyed! The house was clean and ready for our check in.

Finger lakes region is a unique place with plenty to offer. This lake house was clean updated with all lake house essentials kayaks, floaties and barbecue grill. Located central cayuga wine country between downtown Seneca Falls and Ithaca. Would stay again.

A beautiful lake getaway

The house was the perfect location for our Finger Lakes vacation. Being right in the water made for beautiful views morning and night, as well as easy access to the water to kayak and swim. The house had everything we needed, including chairs to use on the deck and at the water's edge. After exploring the Finger Lakes during the day, we enjoyed coming "home" to the lake house. neesed

Perfect mini getaway

Comfortable lake house with a view

Six adult women friends slept comfortably in this house for a long weekend. The full bathroom on first floor had a great shower and was roomy. Most of our awake time was spent traveling to various wineries and breweries in the area. There are many! We walked to a couple nearby. It was a bit windy and cool so we didn’t get to enjoy the deck and fire pit as we would have liked, but the kitchen table offered a nice view of the lake. The neighbor was friendly and checked in on us upon arrival. She gave us extra coffee and filters, but we did find filters on day 2 tucked away in a drawer. I, personally, would have enjoyed staying an extra couple of days to further explore the area. Would definitely choose this house again.

Perfect weekend at Cayuga lake!

Duck In was absolutely amazing!!! This beautiful home with everything new and updated was the perfect place for a weekend of fun with family and friends!!! We toured the wineries and this location was perfect!!! Quiet dead end road. The interior and furnishings are newer and comfortable. Kitchen had everything needed to cook, bbq and entertain. Lower level new with comfy twin beds and a couple beds with trundle pull outs. Gorgeous, views, walkout access to lake from the lower level to fire pit, nice gravel entrance to water for kayaks, nice dock and easy water access, nice clean area of water around the dock. The views from main level are amazing, beautiful deck with newer nice deck/patio furniture. Kayaks were nice and life vests provided in various sizes. Would definitely rent again, hopefully during summer months to the enjoy the perfect swimming area.

Hated to leave the cottage!

Our cottage stay was wonderful! We stay in the FLX once/year and this was one of our favorites! Very comfy cottage - with a beautiful and well appointed kitchen ( we cooked dinner in 3 out of 4 nights) and the deck was perfect for hanging out and having dinner on. We enjoyed every part of the cottage. Can't wait to have the opportunity to go back.
