Comfortable but needs some attention
Publié le 13 août 2024 sur HotelsThe hotel needs some updating, especially the lobby. Bathroom floors should be cleaned better. No liner for shower curtain. Having a pen and pad would be nice as well as some info on the hours of the resturant...no mention of this in the brochure or in the room. Coffee in the lobby would be plus. Although the people at the desk were friendly they should look a little more professional as they are representing the hotel.
My stay was good but all these things were noticeable and would make the hotel more appealing.

Booked a non-smoking room but still smelled like smoke. Bathroom was dirty. Checked in at 4AM and still had to check out by 11 AM. They do not provide any accommodation. Staff do not care. Do yourself a wand book elsewhere. Honest review.

Did not like the room and corridors had a bad scent, the bathroom smell lime vomit, and the bed felt like it had bed bugs.
