On 2 1/2 Acre Farmette With A Newer 2 1/2 Story House Out Back On The Property Is Where The Owners Live, A 2 Story Older Farm House Built In The early 1900's (The Pine Hill Getaway) 1 Car Garage & (2 Car Garage W/2 Bedroom Cottage) 1 Horse Barn/Shop With 3 Horses, A Small Building With Dogs And Twenty Plus Chickens, A Carriage Barn, A Meadow For Horses And A Seperate Meadow For Chickens. On Top Of The 2 Car Garage Is A Small Unique 2 Bedroom Guest House (Paradise Guest Home) We Do Not Serve Breakfast Or Clean The Pine Hill Getaway Or The Paradise Guest Home On A Sunday. Home was lovely! Comfortable and clean. Easy to reach our planned activities. Only negative is a limited stocked kitchen if one was planning to cook meals. We only had breakfast there so it was not an issue for us.We met Sarah and her daughter who were very nice.

We really enjoyed the comfortable accommodations—everything was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully prepared for guests. The home had everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The hosts were friendly and responsive, which made the experience even better.The only thing to be aware of is that Route 30 is nearby, and the traffic noise can be noticeable, especially at night. It didn’t take away from our visit, but light sleepers might want to bring a sound machine or earplugs just in case.Overall, a lovely stay—we’d be happy to return!

Excellent location and very clean!

Centrally located to many attractions, shopping and restaurants! The home was very clean and neat. All the essentials provided with the option of home cooked meals. Could use hand towels and wash cloths for the bathrooms. Coffee maker for brewing and k-cups is a nice addition! Loved our stay, and great place for families!!

A very convenient get away

John and Sarah were wonderful hosts. We appreciated them popping in to make sure we were warm and cozy. We had everything we needed. We did not miss that we had no tv to watch! We all had comfy beds. We were so close to the action in the town of Paradise. We would definitely stay again.

This is the 2nd year we've stayed here. It is so clean. Its really convenient to the Sight and Sound theater...like just 10 minutes away. They've thought of everything you need. We love sitting on the front porch and watching traffic go by. The bedrooms are so nice and big. Even closets with hangers. And the bed i had was kind of tall so they had a stool to use. Hooks over every door in the bedrooms. Very comfortable couch and recliners. Huge dining table. I just cant say enough good stuff about this place. I want to stay there every time we go to PA.

Very clean, quiet, spacious, the beds were so comfortable. The owners, John and Sarah were delightful. The home is so conveniently located to everything! We loved our stay and can’t wait to book another trip! The front porch was so peaceful to sit and enjoy the quiet. The chickens were a favorite! They came when we called them!

Charming and Convenient

Beautiful old house with modern amenities. My kids loved seeing the chickens and horses and a friendly cat was waiting for us outside every morning. The hosts are friendly and their home is on the same piece of property so they were there to welcome us and answer some questions when we were admiring the horses in the "meadow." Not a complaint, but be warned, it's an old house, so there aren't many outlets in the bedrooms, you might want a few power strips with long cords if you want a phone charger on each side of the beds. (This has become part of my standard VRBO packing list when you're staying somewhere with old houses!) It is modernized, so 3-prong outlets, just not in the most convenient locations.
