Hôtel correct

Hôtel bien situé, parking facile. mais la qualité du ménage est à revoir, la moquette n’est pas bien aspirée, ni lessivée. Nous avons retrouvé du pop corn au pieds du lit.

Very easy check in. Staff was super friendly. Room clean, area very convenient to everything we wanted

No USB ports

An enjoyable stay. The location worked out great for us. It's an older building but was very clean and maintained well. What I missed having were any USB ports to charge my electronics but we were ok since I had brought the charging plug and cord for my phone. A coffee machine would have been nice in the room but there is a terrific restaurant, Dienner's, directly across the road.

Dear Susan, Thank you so much for your review and value business. Yes it is an older facilities but clean and comfortable for our guests. I am sorry about no USB ports in our establishment. There is coffee in the office at 8:00 am. Yes Dienner"s Restaurant is just across the street from us they serve Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner till 6:00 pm. Watch out

Did not appreciate returning 75 dollar incidental fee for pets and smoking . Did not even receive receipt.

This property is horrible. DO NOT STAY. The rooms are filthy. The sheets were not clean. The actual pillows are bloody and soiled. Stay far away. I couldn't even stay here and has to get two other rooms at a different property and the staff at the Soudersburg Motel denied my request for a refund. There are many other places to stay that are clean!

Dear Josette, You told the desk clerk pillow cases to be change then we change sheets also. You dirty the bathroom and messed up the beds and put trash in the trash cans after the housekeepers left for the day. You were in the room for quite awhile before leaving this motel.
