Great stay - boat trip to St Tropez a must do
Posted May 17, 2024 on HomeAwayGreat stay here - amazing view, easy walk to beach, grocery store right there. Had a fantastic dinner at Restaurant La Verdoyante, 866 Chemin Vicinal, Chem. de Coste Brigade, 83580 Gassin, France. The boat taxi into St Tropez is a must see. Wonderful relaxing vacation.

Posted Jun. 6, 2023 on HomeAwayWe huurden dit huis voor de tweede keer en wisten dus dat het niet het nieuwste of meest design ingerichte is maar voor ons is het ideaal omwille van de ligging (excursies en strand) en zeker omwille van het prachtige uitzicht en het verwarmde zwembad. Bovendien doen de eigenaar en Ilonka er alles aan om de klanten tegemoet te komen als er iets moet vervangen worden of als het zwembad een extra beurt nodig heeft. Wij komen graag nog eens terug!

amazing villa, amazing location

The owner communicated well before the stay and the property manager was amazing, very helpful and attentive. We had a small issue after a rain storm which was sorted within the hour. The villa and gardens are well kept, superbly clean and the pool is amazing.
The villa is situated at the top of a private domain. Lovely and quiet but there are neighbours which is nice. The views are amazing and the house is situated very close to the sea and the bars and shops of the town.

A lovely place to stay
Posted Sep. 22, 2018 on HomeAwayThe villa was about 170 feet up in the hills directly above the port of Les Issambres. The view of the Bay of Saint Tropez was lovely. We had a good stay in the villa and appreciated the facilities (aircon, kitchen, modern bathrooms, garden), the good location, and the lovely warm pool. It was indeed quiet with no noise from the main roads.
Rob and Mark worked hard on the cleaning - we appreciated the mid-stay clean and their general help.
We had no problems using a wheelchair with only one step down to the outside terrace, which was ideal for breakfast and lunch and general relaxation.
With temperatures around 30 degrees when we arrived, then in the upper twenties in our second week at the beginning of September, we had a great relaxing time.
We thoroughly recommend this villa.

Magnifique endroit

Idéalement située près du port,on peut faire ses courses à pied ainsi qu aller à la plage ou prendre les bateaux verts pour St Tropez.

Annonce peu fiable

Par ailleurs la piscine élément essentiel pour un tel bien a ete non operationnelle pendant trois jours. Nous avons subi un trouble de jouiancejouiancependant une partie de la semaine

Unfortunately something went wrong with this reservation, which is very unusual for us. This family has reserved the villa through "instant booking", meaning that they have reserved the villa directly through the website without making enquiries with us. As weelchair users, they should absolutely have made advance enquiries. The website has never said we can take weelchairs. Due to bad weather the pool was not up to standard. We have apologized for that and done our best to improve the pool during their stay.

Parfait pour se détendre au bord de la piscine
Posted Aug. 27, 2024 on HomeAwayVilla bien conçue, très agréable et fonctionnelle, très propre, climatisée, beau jardin bien entretenu, piscine très sympa, belle vue sur la mer.
Parfait pour le farniente.
Une voiture est indispensable pour aller à la plage ou faire les courses (et surtout pour en revenir) car la villa est en haut d'une route d'environ 700 m en pente assez raide.
