Staff very friendly. Appreciated accessible room with accessible bathroom. Very clean. Apparent water damage in bathroom looked rough. Pool area was nice, but water was cold. Whirlpool jets were pointed upward, which was weird.

I was really impressed with their breakfast, there were many things to choose from and they constantly replenished their breakfast choices. One of the best stays for breakfast in a long time!
Every thing was good but you could tell the carpets need to be cleaned. My kids really enjoyed the pool, but it would have been nice if the sauna would have been up and running.
All in all I was very pleased with our stay!
Maybe a suggestion: have a Roku or smart TV so that people can access their Netflix or Hulu.

Hot tub not able to be used, room was very clean

The room and lobby was very clean and so that makes me give it 4 stars. The bed was firm and comfort is relative. The sheets were very soft. And I really liked the blackout shades. Again, the room was very clean. I was disappointed that the hot tub was not able to be used, it was scorching hot and we let front desk know and the said it's been a problem. So my question is why is this not told to their guests? I pay for a hot tub. I wanted to use it. I wasn't offered a discount, I wasn't offered a solution. That is irritating. I went to the vending machine for a snack and it was also not working. Irritating. The breakfast was nice and the room was clean. The price is ridiculous to me especially when the hot tub was not able to be used, the pool room was suffocating and they said the pool was also running too warm. Which to me says germs will be an issue. I give it 4 stars for it being clean and smelling nice and fresh and looking nice. I want to give it 3 for price and disappointment though.

The staff was very good and helpful and the breakfast was good. My room was clean but very dark. They tried their best to keep the rooms clean but the hotel is very old and need some renovations. The carpets in the hallway were dirty. Overall it was a nice experience for a one-night stay but the condition of the hotel doesn't make you feel stay longer.
