Smelly but kind

Smell of stale cigarettes was unbearable. Non-smoking hotel but it must have been smoking at some point because that’s all my children & I could smell. Unless you’re a smoker or have no sense of smell I would not recommend. We requested a room with a bathtub and was given an ADA room but the tub was dirty & water would not drain. Breakfast area was small, food was cold & attendant could not keep up with messy guests. Staff were kind & courteous.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating, they provided me another room when the freeway noise was an issue. I very much appreciated them going the extra mile.

Lisa the breakfast attendant was very attentive and made us feel so welcome, she also did a wonderful job presenting the complimentary breakfast and keeping the kitchen area clean. She was so sweet and made my little one feel as if she was right at home

The rooms were super quiet, but when you walk down the hallway you can hear loud tvs. The breakfast was not great. Got there at 7 and there wasnt much left. Staff was very nice and helpful. Lots of places to go out and eat.
