Nice place to stay & cheap for the area

Noce residence hotel that is open to regulare hotel guests. Property and rooms are clean. Nice to have a small kitchen and large refrigertor even for a short stay. Only issue is with noisy plastic on the bed. not sure of the purpose unless you get a lot of bedwetters.

Excellent, But Read My Review

The hotel is excellent, however there are a few things that could have made it better: 1. The bathroom smelled like cat urine, don’t ask me why… 2. The gym was excellent, however, no water, towels, and the sanitation wipes were dried up. 3. No soap or paper towels in the lobby restrooms. Tried to go to the front desk multiple times to mention these things before I posted my review, but no one was there. Many things that were exceptional: 1. The comfort level was outstanding 2. The quietest hotel you will ever stay at 3. The furnishing were excellent 4. Other than the bathroom issue, the place is very clean 5. The gym was one of the nicest I’ve been to and I enjoyed it. 6. Nice kitchen and appliances 7. Super spacious room 8. Excellent value Def will stay again.

spacious and renovated building. Very quiet even in the room closest to the street. We took snack at the living room space and enjoyed sunset. The bedroom has blackout curtains and we had a very restful night! The staff are also very helpful, we mentioned their sanitary package is missing shampoo (it has lotion, soap, body wash and conditioner lol) they even willing to run to store for us. We ended up not needing that though - definitely very helpful and friendly people!

The rooms are clean and comfortable. The owners are helpful, considerate and kind. During my first stay, the heat did not work and the owners quickly put me in another room. I've stayed twice and highly recommend this property.

great value

Clean and a very good hotel for under $100. We didn’t get shampoo nor any coffee for the in-room coffee maker - which had not been cleaned of the previously used filter anyway. Other than that it was quite nice. A mini kitchen so one could cook a meal, small desk area and a chair to watch TV. Not bad at all and we slept fine. Room darkening blinds but light comes in under the door from the bright hallway - easily fixed with the bath mat on the floor. Not complaints - just good to know before you arrive.

Overall, I enjoyed my stay. It was in a complex where there was corporate housing to rent out. You could tell the room was recently converted to something to rent out, since a lot of the kitchen stuff was new and still had stickers on it.There were a couple things that could have made it better: 1) a trash can in the kitchen; 2) dish soap in the kitchen soap dispenser. But, it was very comfortable and having a kitchen was nice.

The people working there are so very understanding and kind. The rooms are so spacious and very well put together. We stayed 3 days and stayed in the studio , the 1 bedroom, and the 2 bedroom and they were so comfortable and it almost felt like home. I would recommend this place to anyone with kids

My husband and I stayed overnight on the way from Yuma, AZ to Tennessee. If you have spent any time on any of the major interstate corridors, you know how it feels like winning the lottery to find somewhere to rest overnight that is quiet and has blackout blinds that actually work. In addition the unit was spacious, clean, and had what we needed for a great overnight stay. We did not explore the area around the facility, so I don't really know what was there, except the Wing Stop my husband ate at across the street. The property looked to be fully fenced, so no pass through traffic, which is nice. I read a review where someone said they had to call the number repeatedly to check in after 10:30 pm, so maybe call a few minutes ahead of time if you are trying for a seamless check in with a toddler in winter. It seems more like corporate apartments, with a few units earmarked for shorter stays, but when we checked in about 9:30 at night, we had no issues, and the gentleman on the desk was very nice.
