Day clerk was very nice. Night clerk a bit of a grouch. Bathroom and sink had hair left in it. The tub was rusted. Had to ask for wash cloths as there was only one for an advertising 5 person room stay. But yet, a sign stating you will be charged for missing bedding, towels etc. East side door could not be accessed from the outside. Am meal was not great although my husband liked only the sausage. If you’re a coffee person in the mornings bring your own. The coffee here is the worse coffee and it was noted not only ours but a lot of others threw it in the trash. The heating and cooling unit rattled all night and the traffic noise was terrible. We will not stay here again.

Room was very nice and clean. Location worked well with our itinerary. Breakfast area was roomy but items available were limited.

Hotel looked and felt great. The plumbing, however, need work. At least in our room. I had to use the plunger several times to prevent an overfill due to poor damage in the toilet.

Clean and great staff - just a little tired

The building needs maintenance. The button for the elevator has tape on it to prevent it from falling in. In my room the toilet paper holder kept falling off the toilet wouldn’t stop trying to refill the reservoir, just general negligence of the building as a whole, which is a shame because it could be a nice hotel. Staff is friendly enough.
