With the water price increase if I were to open the pool I’d be stupid because if I charge customers with current water rates you will be paying over 100 bucks at a small independent property. Sure, I will lose some business due to no pool but I’d lose more by having the pool open. I don’t expect everyone to understand this simple logic.

Only stay again
Publié le 11 juill. 2024 sur HotelsWe’re so pleased, the room was surprisingly very nice, clean bed was great. We were at another hotel decided to move, bed, towels was terrible. We were just checking our
reservation. They allowed us to check in early so appreciative. Only one thing, I didn’t see the check out time 10am. Usually it’s posted on back of the room. No ones fault but ours.

I appreciate your comments. Regarding the check-out time? Well, it used to be at 11 AM but people didn’t respect that nor do they request addition and just stay 1-2 hrs past 11 to a point where I have to call the police. Since, this change it’s happened a lot less.

It was my mistake and I did call back to apologize. And it was also my mistake to let you stay in first place. Please learn to read my policy before coming to the property. I knew I had a feel, I shouldn’t have accepted your card. People these days just can’t read at the accepted types of payment which all has been posted online.

Place was cute and clean easy check in bed was comfortable and check out was a breeze. Said you could get coffee and juice but the office was closed still at 7 am

Thank you. All you had to do was ring the bell. We like to buzz people in instead of being open at all times. We have had random people just get into the office and steal drinks.
