We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! We were in town for the Christmas market and the location was perfect. It is close to the main town square but at the end of a street which was quiet yet convenient to get around. The room was comfortable and spacious with a big bathroom and walk in shower. The owners and staff at the hotel were very kind and helpful which made our visit even more memorable since we felt very welcome during our stay. The owner even offered to drive us to the train station when our taxi was late which was very thoughtful and kind! I would highly recommend this hotel.

Wow! Where do I begin? Fantastic staff and great overall experience. Very friendly and helpful staff. Parking was fantastic behind the hotel. Breakfast and accommodations were exceptional. We will definitely be back to enjoy a summer vacation here. We highly recommend this property.

"My stay at Hotel BurgGartenpalais was truly unforgettable! The breakfast was delicious, offering a wide variety of delicious options in a cozy and charming setting. The hotel's location in the heart of the beautiful medieval town of Rothenburg ob der Tauber made it the perfect base for exploring. I highly recommend this gem for anyone visiting Bavaria!"

Lovely Traditional Hotel

Lovely older hotel. Friendly staff overall. Great choice at breakfast. The only thing was that we like to sleep with our window open and the Clock Tower chimes on the hour so couldn’t get a good nights sleep. Not the fault of the hotel but maybe request a room at the back if you can.

Wonderful staff - after only a 2-day stay, we felt more like family and friends instead of customer and staff. Comfy rooms, tidy and clean. The very Breakfast consists of a small self-serve bar with a server bringing drinks and cooked-to-order eggs to your table. Taxi from the train station is 10 Euros and daily parking is 10 Euros/day. Hotel has a great location in the old city. We would stay here again.

Lovely hotel with very nice staff. Nice breakfast. Rooms were typically small. Great location except for the church across the street who's bells went off all night. Ask for a room not facing the street. There is parking around back of the hotel, which is great. There are a couple of good restaurants very near the hotel. It does not have a restaurant.

This property was the best place we have stayed so far on our trip to Europe. The room was exceptional. Every staff member we had contact with were the best. They treated us as if we were best friends. They were informative about the Hotel which is in an eight hundred year old building, but renovated to modern standers. Walking distance to anything you could ask for. Parking was a little tricky getting to it behind the Hotel but easily managed. We will be back.

Google map directions were challenging in getting there. We called the hotel and they walked us step by step through turns to get there. Fantastic place and fantastic customer service. Wonderful breakfast. Great location.

Great location and ambience right in the center of the old town. Wonderful room. Great breakfast buffet with plenty of options and nice personal service. We very much enjoyed our stay. Only caveat: it's not easy to navigate the access by car through the narrow streets.
