Worst vacation property ever stayed in

-Booked 3 bath property but could only use one shower - cold tap didn’t work in others
-Stair handrail hanging off at top of steep stairs
-Smelly - had to buy air fresheners as windows would not open
-Couldn’t get outside back door - old fridge blocking
-only 1 cereal bowl for 5 of us
- had to wash cup’s cutlery etc as all dirty
-After trying numerous times to contact the owner she did not call me back- I was eventually given the number of admin team who helped in the end
Would not recommend anyone staying here
