It was a very cozy room with a great view. The hosts were extremely friendly and had helpful recommendations about things to do in the area and even in Auckland where we were going afterward. They did a very nice job of making my wife and I feel at home. The breakfast was also very tasty.

Wonderful place to stay, very helpful host
Publié le 20 mai 2023 sur HotelsWhen we arrived it seems there was a mixup regarding our dog on the booking site. This was taken care of efficiently and quickly even though the downstairs room was already occupied. Everything was clean, classy and very comfortable. Breakfast was outstanding.

Thank you John for your kind review, we are so pleased you got to enjoy your stay at our Geyser Lookout and that our unpreparedness for your dog staying did not put you off. I would like to take this opportunity to relay to prospective guests with dogs that we do have dogs stay on a request and acceptance basis. We need notification from Expedia so we can best prepare and it is only our downstairs Deluxe Suite, because of its proximity to our grounds, that we deem suitable for such stays.

Host was super-welcoming. Everything really clean and lots of character, could share the communal space (sitting room, kitchen if we had wanted to cook, etc.) and breakfast was amazing! Great view from our room balcony; we enjoyed drinking tea / coffee and just enjoying the view and the bird song.

Excellent place to stay

The breakfast was so nice...one of the best continental breakfast I ever had. The host is very nice and friendly.

Very excellent room and ensuite,and very friendly hosts, nice and quiet, great parking off the road and views were amazing. Felt like just being at home chilled and relaxed.
