Warm, comfortable and close to town and activities
Publié le 6 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayThere was plenty of room for the whole family. It was nice and warm as we went in winter. The kitchen was lovely and had everything tou needed. If we were going to stay longer having the drying room would have come in handy. Plenty of parking and secure

We really enjoyed arriving to a lovely warm house after a wet,cold trip.The rooms were very spacious and we had everything we needed. This house is great for an extended family. There were a couple of issues when we first arrived but they were dealt with very promptly. We would be happy to recommend it.

Facilities were awesome everything you'd need well on holiday.
Plunge pool could have been warmer, none of us swam the pool was to cold for the weather. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Easy Family stay in Rotorua
Publié le 21 avr. 2023 sur HomeAwayWell located Bach, plenty of space. Clean and bright. Well supplied with 'essentials' and included linen towels were good quality. Plunge pool is small and needs a coat of paint, but was clean and fun to use with the kids. The property itself is in need of some minor maintenance here and there, but was more than adequate for our needs. Generally recommended for larger families.

Extremely well heated would make for a very enjoyable stay mid-winter.

Brilliant Hosts

Upon arrival we find that the hot spa is not working and unlikely to be able to be fixed during our stay. Being one of the reasons for booking this property we were pretty disappointed. Susan and her team were brilliant. We moved to a new property the next day. (Which I would love to review and we will try to head there each year from now on).
I can't thank the team enough for such great communication and helping us continue our Rotorua holiday tradition with 5 very happy and occupied children - even though they have returned a little like prunes from all their hot tubbing ;0.
