Overall nice, but not perfect property. AC was broken, management made it right, upgraded is to a 2 bedroom. Parking spaces are a little tight. A little dirty here and there.

We had a great stay at this well-maintained property with excellent Wi-Fi. We’re definitely planning to book it again for our next trip to Rotorua. The only downside is its distance from the main city, but overall, we were very happy with our experience. Highly recommended for families!

Great room and hot tub for reasonable price
I was there with my wife and two teenage children visiting from the US and the room was very clean and comfortable beds. Billy at the front desk was great and he helped us with several questions about the local area. We got a unit with a hot tub in the back garden and that was a great experience!! It was a really nice room at a very reasonable price!
