When we arrived at the property address 30 Rue de Crosne there was no one to help us at the address. There was no receptionist. They were all private apartments. We were not given an apartment number. No one answered the customer service helpline. There were only an answer machine which we did not leave a message on. A man in a neighbouring apartment tried to help us but without any success. We demand a full refund as we had to go and stay the night at the Ibis Budget hotel in Rouen. I will never recommend this property to anyone.

Zentral aber sehr laut und mäßig sauber
Publié le 24 sept. 2019 sur HomeAwayDie Wohnung liegt zentral und ist für einen kurzen Partyaufenthalt sehr geeignet. Wer Ruhe sucht ist fehl am Platz. Starker Straßenlärm. Wohnung war besenrein aber nicht gewischt. Frische Handtücher und Bettzeug aber vorhanden.

Je confirme que ces voyageurs ont rendu le logement dans un état de saleté indescriptible, contrairement aux règles du logement, acceptées lors de la réservation.

Spacious, light and noisy appartement.
Publié le 15 sept. 2019 sur HomeAwayThe appartement is located on de 1st floor on de corner of the building. This is a very busy road. Day and night you will hear a lot of traffic noise. During the night becomes even noisier because drunk people are trying to find their way home an prostitutes are working the streets.
Therefore it's almost impossible to sleep with the window open and there is no AC or fan available. The bed is very firm and small. The mattress has big stains way was covered up with a plastic sheet. It gave us a backache. So sleeping was an issue for us... The living room has less furniture than advertised. No relaxing chair, just a dodgy (needs replacing) sleeping sofa and cheap folding chairs. Cleanliness was also an issue. Most of the dishes not clean, long black hairs in the bed and dirty windows.
Bathroom, although simple, was good. Enjoyed the shower. Kitchen was impractical, not clean, poorly equipped but had a washing machine. So that's a plus .
We did enjoy the location, it's a very short walk to the old town centre and parking your car is possible in a secure garage nearby for 22 euro a night.

Le logement est situé en centre ville et non à la campagne. La liste des équipements fournis est clairement définie, à condition de la lire. Les seuls éléments de saleté retrouvés ont été ceux que ces voyageurs ont malheureusement laissé après leur départ.
