The All Suite Hotel shares facilities with the Hotel Istra. A lot depends on what you are expecting. The island does get local people use the 'beach area' but we enjoyed the quieter 'Red island' which is a short walk over the causeway. Some sunbeds are available on the flat areas of rocks although access to the sea is limited/with caution. Breakfast in the Historical Castle was a delight and evening meals could also be had there. We preferred eating in the intimate 'a la carte' rather than the 'buffet style' restaurant. Unfortunately, the grille on Red Island was closed - not sure if it scheduled to be reopened. The rooms are generous in size with simple decor and plenty of furniture/wardrobe space. They were clean and serviced daily. There is a free ferry every hour to the town of Rovinj - which is a lovely place to visit. The locals take pride in their surroundings - streets exceedingly clean - with lots of interesting alleyways and shops and the walk up to the church gives great views. The hotel could be a great place to take children as there appears to be plenty to offer them but for couples who want a quieter time then you need to go over to 'Red Island' and find a spot on the rocks.

tolles Hotel in toller Umgebung

Bis auf ein Personal, was deutlicher aufmerksam werden muss, war es ein Urlaub,der auch mit 5* nicht untertrieben ist.

Ewig auf Zimmer gewartet.duschkabinentür defekt 20 Tage lang.zimmer sehr abgewöhnt.doe sitzgatnitur und zierpölster früher einmal weiss.die Klimaanlage liess sich nur von der Hotelzentrale steuern . Strand und die Insel ungepflegt.

Pour : Dining at the picturesque Lanterna Restaurant and the spectacular sunset views. Out of season this place is probably delightful
Contre : Provide specific facilties for All Suites guests- a pool, a bar, sunbeds & privacy within the grounds would be a minimum given how this is advertised.
Emplacement : The island was beautiful but attracted a great many visitors which spoilt it, as did all the nudists- which we weren't expecting to see everywhere.
This hotel was GROSSLY miss-sold to us as ALL facilities advertised by Expedia as at All Suite Hotel were the facilities of the hotel next door. This other hotel housed 870 people, making our access to these facilities impossible. Expedia use a mix of photos from All Suites & the sister hotel, but they omit any mention of these facilities being shared. They imply that all the facilities are for the exclusive use of the All Suite Hotel – creating the impression of luxury, privacy & exclusivity. This is UNTRUE -100 poolside sun-beds for 870 hotel guests & those from the All Suites, inevitably meant an undignified early morning scramble for reservations with All Suites guests having little chance to get any. The beach was similarly over-run & not just with hotel guests, but with the hundreds of day-trippers bought over on the hourly free ferry. Hotel sun-beds were then rented to these day-trippers, again reducing our chance of finding any available. It is obvious that the All Suites has been added to the complex as a luxury alternative & to attract different clientele. Sadly they have omitted to provide any specific facilities outside of the suites so guests just have to join the crowds which was grim. All Suites grounds are fully open to the public (many of whom camped there daily); it looked out on the Pizzeria & noisy overcrowded children’s playground, making the whole area very frantic & nothing like as isolated or idyllic as advertised.
