Well located in the city center. The shuttle system from the parking slot and reception was convenient.

Great spot in the centre of it all. Cosy and everything we needed. Nice to be driven down from the car parking in an electric vehicle and see some of the town along the way.

The room is on the 2nd floor, up a narrow and steep staircase in an old building in the old town. There are restaurants nearby, so it was noisy until early hours and there was a lot of tobacco smoke coming in through the windows. The facilities could be better. There was a hairdryer, a small fridge and a water kettle on a very small table. Just one chair. If you want to eat in the room, bring your own plates and cutlery. There's no shampoo or body soap, so you'll have to bring your own. There's a coin laundry in the building next door (6 euro per load) but there's nowhere to hang the clothes out to dry.

This property is right in the heart of old town, and the perfect spot for exploring Rovinj. At first we were confused about the parking situation, but the staff made it very convenient and hassle free once you arrive. The friendly and proactive communication by staff made all the difference. Definitely would recommend!

Nice spot for a stay in Rovinj

Mediocre Room But Really Special Check-in
Publié le 21 juin 2023 sur HotelsThe reception is at a different location. We dared to ask why is it taking an additional 25 minutes and got yelled at in return.
The person that was running late for checking provided another lecture.
All in all, we fell lucky to have gotten away so lightly.

Dear Mr. Tomislav, thank you for the review, it's highly appreciated. We are sorry that you had to wait for the check-in but as we have almost 50 units it is frequently that we have more than one check-in at the same time and in that case we follow the rule "first come first serve". As much as we would like to we cannot provide immediate check-in for all guests at once. If you ever decide to revisit our town again please let us know in advance you time of arrival and we will make sure to organize accordingly and provide you with our service ASAP. Dear Mr. Joseph, thank you for the feedback. I'm sorry that you didn't find any information in our automatic check-in template that you received via email. We were waiting for your call as we couldn't get in touch with you and we didn't know when you planned your arrival. As we handle around 50 units we cannot wait in front of one unit if we don't have at least an approximation of the arrival time. If you ever decide to revisit our beautiful town please get in touch with us in advance and we will handle everything in perfect order.
