Highly Disappointing

Was moved to 1 bed apartment owned by the operator. This had no parking and was further away from the gardens.
On top of that we were told that we had to leave the keys under the doormat because the electrician had to come round. That meant we had to leave the keys under the mat while we were out all day, forcing us to keep our valuables in the car on the grounds that this was safer.
After all of this there was no partial refund. A hotel offering a lower quality room, with extra charges versus what was advertised, would have given us a refund. They just refused to answer our messages.

Secure apartment, contact & access update required
Publié le 7 avr. 2019 sur HotelsMain issue is access, the phone number on the Hotels.com website didn’t work, and delayed access. Update info and problem solved. Good secure parking. I wasn’t a fan of the febreze smellies, but other than that no issues.
