We only stayed one night. Had dinner which was lovely. Great breakfast. All staff kinfcseeet and friendly. Faultless! Will be returning. Thank you great value for money by the way

Publié le 14 août 2024 sur HotelsRoom 1,2,or 3? Room 1 was next to a busy road. Telephone in room was not working. Called from mobile no answer! Back to check in with luggage. Offered room no 2, on the ground floor but French doors were wedged together? Fire hazard ? Declined- given room on third floor. Very small, in roof and hot. Had fan on all night! Didn’t bother with breakfast as expected similar experience!

We have friends who live in Leamington, whenever we visit this is our go to hotel to stay over for the night, recommended.

Wonderful hotel, excellent food and service. I happened to be in the UK for the one hot week of the year which unfortunately lead to my room being overheated.

This is the second time we have stayed here as it has been convenient for our daughter at Warwick uni.
The hotel is very clean and well catered.
The last time we stayed it was hot in the room in spring, so we were pleased to see fans this time.
The staff are friendly and accommodating.
On this occasion we had a drink at the bar before retiring and asked for extra milk for the room. I divulged that we had to check out before breakfast and the member of staff loaded us with tea, coffee and biscuits, which was kind.

Wouldnt recommend this hotel. Room was noticeably dirty (shower had rust and pink mould in it, towels had brown marks on them, toilet and towel rail had smudges and marks), bed was really hard, and no AC but two old fans in the room.
Front desk team also pretty unprofessional and the number of conferences there meant it was super busy and loud downstairs in the evening.
