Perfect place to stay in Royston
Publié le 13 août 2013 sur ExpediaVery welcoming and the breakfast is perfect! As I had a job interview at Johnson Matthey, the location was quite convenient. Same for the restaurants in the city centre.

Away for work
Publié le 7 oct. 2024 sur HotelsNice greeting from owner, room was small as was ensuite. Could hear TV from room next door. Curtains were okay in winter (I went in October) but not sure they would keep morning light out in summer. Headboard on bed kept moving against wall so had to use clothes to stop it. Pillows were rock hard. Cold breakfast included, lots of choice, I believe cooked brekfast was extra payment. Free parking was limited, street parking had a 1 hour restriction in morning and afternoon.

The owners were very friendly.
The family room was modern and unique, very nice.
Nice touch with biscuits and a chocolate with the teas/coffees.
Unfortunately there was a downside, the bed wasn't comfortable and we head alarms going off early in the morning so a bad night sleep. Fortunately we were only there for the 1 night.

Room was very small and breakfast was not included. Walls were very thin.
Holiday Inn would have been cheaper.
