Pretty dirty, walls and tiles broken. It was super dirty, beds uncomfortable. The ceiling was cracked and looked downright scary. The buttons on the elevators are broken off and looked like we could get shocked. The beds were uncomfortable and i am pretty sure the sheets weren't clean. They cleaned up breakfast early so we couldn't even get that. I would NOT recommend. When checking out the staff was rude and careless. The pool was warm and coffee was decent. Other than that it was overall disappointing. Stay somewhere else

This had to be the filthiest hotel I've ever stayed at. It was so filthy that I went to the store to buy disinfecting wipes and a candle, because it also smelled like mold and mildew. I didn't take a shower for 2 days because the shower was so repulsively disgustingly dirty. Every surface was filthy. The mini fridge was unplugged, so my food was ruined when the ice melted all over everything. Everything. Also, the ice was disgusting and had chunks that I had to deal with before I even put my food in there. It was horrific. And nightmare. And I had the pictures and video to prove it, but this site is not allowing me to upload them. There were two nice employee, but everybody else was useless.

The suite we booked looked so nice and clean in the pictures. When we got there the room smelled funny, it was dirty, and they didn’t even bother to come clean the room.
