I was surprised and disappointed for the extra $20 I had to pay. The clerk said it was a fee for booking thru Expedia. I have been booking thru Expedia for over 15 years and I have never been charged an extra fee. She said next time i should Book directly thru the hotel and we won’t be charged. None of it made sense. I won’t be staying there again. But I will say our room was clean and the hotel was quiet.

The outside doesnt look to appealing, but the inside was very nice. The pool was good, the hot tub was really good. They had a decent hot breakfast and the staff was excellent.

We loved our stay at Elevate! We stayed three nights in a suite with two queen beds and a separate living area. It was spacious, clean, and very nice. Beds were comfy, pool was great, and there were a few games to play in the lobby. Breakfast was consistently good, with many options. Staff was great and very helpful. We would definitely stay again!

Overall, great stay at a great property. Ours only critique is that the sheets had some odd stains on them. Other than that, we enjoyed everything else. Staff was friendly and helpful.
