Relaxing weekend
This is an amazing property! The pictures portrait it well, but it’s even better than the pictures. The owner has added so many small touches to make it feel cozy, warm, and homey. The decor is beautiful and the place is very well equipped with everything you need. The bed is super comfortable, as well as the couch. We were fortunate to arrive right after a big snow. It was beautiful! The path was shoveled and there were extra towels for snow clean up. There was homemade banana bread and some snacks waiting for us when we arrived. The property was private, quiet, and among tall pines. We saw elk and a wild horse in the neighborhood and just outside the fenced area of the apartment were many wild turkeys, almost any time of day! We even saw a couple big Toms strutting their feathers proudly. There was great communication from the owners throughout the entire process, including checking to see if we were keeping updated on the weather prior to arrival. Very friendly and welcoming hosts. I highly recommend this property! We can’t wait to return for another getaway!

We came for the weekend and spent most of our time at Riudoso Downs. This was a great location just far enough out of town and very quiet. Great neighborhood and only 20min from the track. Highly recommend!

Great Alto Getaway in the Peaceful Pines
This is a great place for a peaceful and quiet get away and located in an upscale neighborhood. The apartment had everything we needed. It's very neat, clean & the bed very comfortable. We loved the deck and surrounding scenery, which is so serene and beautiful, and it was enjoyable to watch the wildlife, including lots of deer and some wild turkeys. Mary Helen, the on-site owner, went above and beyond in making our stay a comfortable one. She was easy to contact and ready to help in any way. As a bonus, the banana nut bread she made for us was just wonderful!! We will definitely stay here again and have already booked an August return trip.

This place was very nice and accommodating for us. Mary Helen made us some banana bread and that was a nice welcome. She was available for whatever we may have needed. The only thing that I would like to recommend is having a lock on both sides of the door that leads to the main house. It just made us a tad uneasy knowing that the door didn’t lock from our side. Overall we had a good stay and didn’t have any issues.!

Just as expected!
The description of the property and the amenities to be provided were pleasingly accurate! The unit was very tidy and well organized. The property owner was accessible and was very kind in reaching out and reiterate check-in instructions prior to our stay in case we had any questions. The property is located in a really quiet and well-kept neighborhood which was a plus. Overall, it was a great experience!

Perfect place in Alto
This was exactly what we needed for our getaway. We loved the seclusion of the property. The bed was very comfortable and communication with owner was great. After a long 10 hour drive we walked in and were greeted by cookies! Would definitely come back and stay here.

This is the perfect place for a private get a way with your spouse. It's roomy, comfortable and has everything you could need. The surrounding scenery is beautiful and peaceful. The owners are easy to communicate with and very accommodating.
