The house sits high up in the cool Ponderosa Pines. You will feel like you are in a treehouse! With a wall of picture windows, you can look out and feel lost in the forest with a great view of Sierra Blanca Mountain. Have a morning coffee or glass of wine out on the deck and enjoy sunrises and sunsets. There are 2 identical bedrooms which can easily accommodate 2 families. Each room has its own attached bathroom with 1 queen bed and a twin bunk bed with a pull out trundle. An extra half bath is also available. Get cozy with a nice blanket and sit by the fireplace. A complete and stocked kitchen is ready for you to cook your favorite meals. A washer and dryers is also onsite for you to use at your convenience. So come by, stay a while and enjoy our favorite mountain town.

What a view!
This house was set up to admire the view. Huge windows overlooking the deck. Lots of trees, mountain, and wildlife to help you relax. The location was very convenient as well. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Peaceful retreat
We really enjoyed our stay.at 2 Cubs Cottage. The location was far enough from the town center to be peaceful, but close enough to have easy access to everything we needed. House was clean on arrival and well stocked. The deck is the perfect place for a morning cup of coffee and offers a nice view with some likely wildlife sightings. Would definitely return in the future if we're back in Ruidoso.

Convenient location. Beautiful inside and lovely deck views. We appreciated the thoughtful details such as a bedside noise machine (not needed as it was very quiet), two kinds of coffee makers, and footstools for the couches. Best communication with owners we’ve ever experienced. Personal, responsive and kind. We will try to book this property first any time we return to the area.

Family memories were definitely made on this trip. Check in was easy! This place is the perfect location to ALL activities, and gives you the quietness and breath taking views your mind and heart needs. Communication was great with the home owners!! We had car issues prior to coming and Bonnie and Mario worked with us and showed their real concern. Bonnie checked on us, making sure we were doing okay and made it safely. She had great ideas for things to do in the area as well. We felt very well taken care of. The home was beautiful, had a great view and location, very clean, and fit our needs well.
