Sunday River Area Suite-Sleeps 7

Private suite with two private entrances with plenty of parking a mere 10 minutes from Sunday River Ski Resort, Grafton Notch State Park, the Appalachian Trail, amazing smaller hikes, Gould Academy and the quaint town of Bethel. Bethel features multiple fine and casual dining options, a movie theatre, groceries, and a water park. The apartment is connected to a 1840's Historic Greek Revival Farmhouse-Original Featuring -5 Bedrooms,3.5 Baths for rent separately.

The suite is wheelchair accessible with short ramp at entrance. Right outside the back door is an expansive backyard, that is features a fenced in area for dogs and campfires. There is a pond and plenty of space for a wedding in the backyard. There are also hiking trails that traverse the mountain ridge in the backyard with amazing views of the river valley and Sunday River. Plenty of parking is available with overflow at my church across the street. On the other side of Route 2 is the Androscoggin River, which is amazing for canoeing, boating, and tubing. Tubes are available and the boat launch is only a mile or so up river; or launch from the old bridge area across the street behind the church and float to the Rumford boat launch. A potato farm is across the street and snowmobile trails are accessible from the property.

Check-in Details: The address is 1746 US 2 Rumford, maine. The door will be open. The suite is located inside the side entrance near the barn. Go through the red door and your door is right there. The code for the door if you want to lock it is 123456. Just press the lock icon when you leave and the bolt will engage. There is also a lockbox for the key to the knob. That combo is 0000.
