Ross was very welcoming and helpful. Comfy beds and generous breakfast. Very good for the price.

It was not really up to standard, kutchen area was not very tidy.

I have stayed at the place 3 years running, the first was so so, the second was good but this year it was back to its worst. I had booked an inside room but was placed in an outside cabin with NO facilities. The was no access to the toilets and bathroom as the door was locked to them. I managed to have them opened the first day by the obviously hung over owner the first day but there was no sign of life when I left at 8 AM the next day. Not good enough.

I wish to apologise for the muck up with your booking.
As explained when you checked in the key code for the door was on the back of your room key.
The Boarder from out the back was the man that actually let you in the morning that you mentioned not the owner.
You were only charged the cost of the outside unit for one night and I would have moved you inside for the second night if you had come into the Bar and spoke to me directly.
I hope this clarifies the situation for you as you never questioned it at the time when you were shown the facilities.
