Did not like -- Restaurants not available to all guests or conciere not accommodating for new check in clients Noise in section 18 from the disco at night after 10 pm wheelchair accessibility for older guest was difficult even after explaining if the rooms can be changed as we booked through travelocity Overall the trip was good as this was my 2nd time in 4years at this resort. Staff was always pleasant and try to help in any way they can. Ally

The location is amazing and the overall facilities were good. The buildings are a bit older but everything was in good repair and worked well. A majority of the staff was friendly and willing to assist. The regular buffets were hit or miss and the overall food quality was inconsistent. Some of the food stations were easily overwhelmed and the one person assigned to them did the best they could. The buffet locations all close 30 minutes earlier than stated and I and a number of other guests that did not know this were a bit annoyed. This situation was consistent over the course of our stay. The restaurants that required scheduling were good and the service was timely and the staff was attentive. Be aware that the bars especially the one on the third floor lobby(outside terrace) give preference to visitors who tip so bring along some extra spending cash (singles worked well.)

our visit was august 2024. we have mixed feelings the location was beautiful it was 20 min from dunns river and dolphin cove. which was important for us. transportation was easy. we felt the hotel was not great at communication. we had no idea there was evening entertainment specifically for children until 9pm until 852 pm on our last night and they said it was too late for our girls to participate as they had to prepare for the 9pm show for the rest of the guests. staff begged for tips, i found a roach in the food, we asked for bottle water on day 2 and they said we get more water every other day. 8 days was definitely enough, there is lots to do at a cost which we were prepared for. however we did discover the village which they do not advertise associated w the hotel. if you go meet w jay who really made a wonderful impression on our family. he has two stores it is the first store in left of square and the last store on right of the square

This is not a five star resort. Don’t spend your money here if you think this will be a five star resort. For tbe price they charged me I could find something better

My first room I got check into have bugs annd ants on the bed. They had to relocate me to a different room. Where is one king size bed when I was supposed to have two beds then they relocated me to another room with two twin bed where there is mold on the ceiling, Food have roach all over it so we have to buy food outside. I would never go back to this hotel.

Curb appeal is good. The rooms and bathrooms needs upgrades. This property is 17 years old and needs upgrades. I stayed there when it was new and it was much better. The staff is mostly reponsive to your needs. Somedays they forgot to place bath rags in my bathroom. Rags were quickly suplied when i called. I'm not suggesting that the rooms are disgusting. I'm just saying that the rooms and furnitures could use some upgrades. With all the new hotels opening in Jamaica, this hotel will surely loose busines if they dont do some refurbishing.

Roaches crawling around restaurants saw many at Japanese restaurant crawling from behind sink Other restaurant roaches crawling on wall had to be reseated Check in a 3 could not get in room till 4 Need more privacy in bathe no outer door Pool close to early 8-9 pm would be better Outdoor Buffett needs more tending to bugs flying in food running out of food during busy morning hours

Staff was extremely nice but roaches eveywhere and food was bland. Most restaurants were closed due to renovation...
